I asked for the 3 Sausage McMuffins with no egg for my family clearly. They literly gave me all of them with egg. Next i asked for a coffee stick to stir my coffee. The guy said its in the bag. Next thing you know, its not. Besides their service the food was alright

Terrible service. I ordered a coffee with milk and sugar, but they gave it to me black, completely forgetting the add-ons. To make matters worse, the staff was very unfriendly; a smile or a polite attitude wouldn't hurt. If you’re going to work in customer service, the bare minimum is to be attentive and make sure the order is complete.

We ordered car delivery. Never happened. After waiting 15 min in our car we entered the store and were quickly told we did not order. How about looking first? I showed our order receipts and order numbers and after they searched the order system they finally found our order. We had to prove it first. Thank goodness for receipts. So much for the convenience of car delivery. The store interior is filthy. Floor was sticky, tables dirty, trash everywhere and it smelled. Homeless people are all over the parking lot hanging out and begging for handouts. Never going back to this McDonalds. Did not feel safe waiting in parking lot and the service is the worst.
