5/24/25 1:00pm…45+ minutes waiting in the drive thru line with 7 cars in front. It was a ridiculous amount of time. Once I queue, there was no way of leaving, I had to wait it out. It was ridiculous that they lock the doors inside the lobby so no one can enter anymore and it was dangerous to see the customers walking through the driveway of the drive thru trying to find a way in to the restaurant going back and forth. I don’t blame the staff, I blame management because they’re the ones staffing people. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get food at a fast food place. When I paid it was 1:20 and I didn’t get my food till 1:45..with 2 cars in front!!!!! I ordered a happy meal, chicken strips meal and $5 meal deal…I didn’t order the entire menu, so it shouldn’t have been this crazy to get my order.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. They rather let you figure out yourself in the machines instead working and taking actual orders themselves. Then when I asked for help, they proceeded to give me attitude so I just left.

Do not order delivery on McDonald's app multiple times now my order is missing a item and I'm NEVER refunded for them! This last time I ordered and the item was not available so they stated they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days that times has passed I reached out because I'm tired of them just keeping my funds they have literally drawn the issue out and haven't resolved it even though I have the email from them stating it will be issued I refuse to keep allowing them to steal from me Im thinking class action lawsuit!
There is no coffee refill, this is the only McDonald's I ever encountered ever, and probably this will be my last visit to this place
