My food wasn't fresh as requested. I asked for my fries to be freshly made, and they tasted old and refried. If you ask for your fries hot, please don't refry old fries. The nuggets weren't fresh as well. You really shouldn't have to ask for hot food to be hot. But McDonald's is notorious for giving you cold food.

So many issues with this place I had to just stop going completely .
I notice in the drive through there's so much money on top of the cash register.
I know 100% sure people that work here Steals from customers I personally experienced it multiple times.
After 9pm Be prepared to wait 20 minutes in the drive through with only two cars.
Also, at night time, they cut all the lights off to make it look( Not open )
Corporate office someone needs to investigate

This damm place advertised its open 24 hours…..well it’s a lie…..they open when ever they want….management really needs to get a hold of this review….. and when ever they do decide to open you pull up to the window and have to say hello like 10 times because they are sleeping…..

store information on window versus store hours on google , the mcdonald’s website and the store front window do not match. the woman with the glasses and lisp told me that the company website doesn’t reflect what the individual mc donald’s ( i’m guessing she was implying the franchise) hasn’t updated their hours yet. on google and mcdonald’s website it says open 24 hours while the door says the chain restaurant opens at 4:15 am. The drive thru was closed.
Need to get a quick snack so get the Double Cheeseburger Meal and their special which is 6-piece chicken nuggets & $1 for McChicken sandwich!
They are as expected and was fast, accurate and good. Appreciate that especially in Los Angeles.

I went to McDonald's today for some Filet O Fish and a Medium order of fries, and this is the size of fries they gave me that looks like a small order. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling something that small for that price. It's the one on Century and Rosecrans.

At 3/14/25 @ 4:40 pm, I went to your restaurant on Figueroa & Florence to pick up my mobile order. The cashier told me I had to pay to use the restroom, I explained to him that I already purchased food and I was a customer. The cashier claimed he did not have any tokens or any way to open the rest room. I spoke to the Manager on duty he also claimed he did not have a way to access the restroom. For a business, this is very unprofessional and unacceptable . How could you not provide a way for paying customer to use the restroom.
