Waited 22 minutes for my food — way too long for a fast-food restaurant. The dining area was tense; people were clearly upset and complaining. It was also quite dirty, with messy tables and floors. Definitely not a great experience.

Pretty good as per usual. The service was speedy, considering that it was an afternoon time. The atmosphere was not crowded at all. There was plenty of space and the staff was very kind. The restaurant was clean and it didn’t smell bad considering that it is in Los Angeles. I will be coming back here.

I did take out and the food was very great I ordered a filet of fish with extra tartar sauce and it was fresh very crowded but I have my meal within 2 minutes

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I did a mobile order and the cashier couldn’t understand my 4 digit code and kept speaking another language. I had to drive up to the second window to give them my code and they apologized for the lack of communication. I am surprised they have someone who doesn’t speak or understand in the drive thru lane?

It's like every time Uber sends me to this McDonald's.I regret accepting the order. Something's always wrong at this McDonald's.Today it's 7 in the morning and their doors are all locked.So now i've got to sit in a drive through line wrapped around the building because they can't get it togather. Then plays here.Are you the rude or obviously not coming into work. Looks like maybe upper management needs to be replaced
I went into the bathroom and when I came out I had a bad fall and hurt myself the other day, I was supposed to be having a trip but I've been in bed -.- two people came out and only said careful it's wet, I don't think you should mop in the middle of the day well people are walking in and out I was supposed to have a family trip but we had to return home short, my ankle is sprained and my body is sore, my neck and my right knee and thigh are in pain. PLEASE don't MOP in the middle of the DAY my head hurt the entire DAY, it happened.

I got the minecraft movie meal from this place. The fries had no salt in them they tasted bland and they forgot my sauce even though I asked for some. But the chicken nuggets were good and I got the Grimace egg with the meal.
