HORRIBLE. They do not give you butter nor syrup unless you buy pancakes like are you kidding me? The workers there are not friendly AT ALL and are racist towards black, white, Asians. They charge a bag for 10 cents so if you go in the drive through they will serve your food on a tray like that's RIDICULOUS. No offense but most of the workers are miserable for this. Do better.

I go here mostly bc it nearby and every time Im there the food i get is always warm getting cold. Also there’s no one at the cashier so you would have to wait and beg😑.

It’s amazing that when you order directly through the McDonalds app, the store misses items which is regular, you call them and they have no solution other than telling you they can’t refund you and to drive down to pick it up. This isn’t the first time they miss items on their delivery orders, it’s regular. One item here and there that isn’t worth complaining because of the time it takes to complain. This time was different, the store told me there is nothing they can do other than drive to them, issue a in person refund for 10 bucks which makes no sense to even spend the time doing that which they probably already know. I stated I would call corporate because it makes no sense for me to drive for a refund, they said go for it! They aren’t going to do anything anyways. You can get your refund if you come here or nothing at all because there is nothing we can do since you ordered through the app.

Sounds odd, right? You order directly to bypass the 3rd party delivery apps and you get worse service! You would think there is a sense of pride ordering directly…..

Apparently not at this store!

Maybe ordering from this location you need to refrain from using the app and pay the extra marked up cost to order through a 3rd party so if your missing items you can at least get your money back. You won’t have to worry about it wasting time for 1 missing item, missing happy meal, missing drink, missing fries, or the simple explanation to the person that ordered saying…….

You’re just missing part of your meal. But it’s ok. Don’t worry about it. We will order again?

Think twice with this location because there resolutions are not realistic. If I was the manager there and my staff made a mistake you better believe I would deliver the missing items myself and reprimand my staff.

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for location 7331 N Figueroa St, Eagle Rock, CA. A lady in a yellow vest, I’m assuming that’s management, served me my food through the drive-through on a tray just because I didn’t pay the $.10. I had to pick my food off the food tray. Other McDonald’s locations, out of customer service, provide the bags free of charge. It’s bad business losing a customer over $.10; it shows a lack of business knowledge, a lack of human interaction, and a lack of common sense. Just focused on the bottom line dollar and losing profit because they’re not looking at the bigger picture. There are plenty of McDonald’s locations; avoid this one, the Highland Park location is nearby and their service is stellar.

Probably one of the worst locations I’ve ever been too. More than once I’ve ordered curbside and have had to go in for my order after waiting over 10 minutes. They have almost no staff helping people at the front. So even if your order is ready and waiting, you have to wait even longer for someone to hand it to you. This is the only McDonald’s I have ever been to that specifies “only one refill”
I hate that this is the closest option to my current job

You have one job ! Put the food in the bag and hand it to customers. What was meant to be a happy me is now a SAD meal because my son only has fires and no chicken nuggets

Gotta say having to PAY for a bag in LA is wrong, my food was cold as I was literally handed every item; Medium Fries, 2 burgers and a drink, because I didn't buy a bag. The drive-thru location was small very difficult to navigate with my truck but it's just because it's LA so it's really not McDonald's fault I guess

Buddy. Listen, while everyone was nice here, do yourself a favor and check your order when you receive it glad make sure you have everything.

I received a 4 piece nugget when I ordered a 6 piece. I didn’t receive any sauce, though I had specified which sauce. And since the Happy Meal has a Pokémon promo currently going, they didn’t include the Pokémon cards, activities or any extras that were supposed to be part of it.

I’ll avoid coming to this location if I can help it.
