Don’t eat at this McDonald’s. I was in the drive‑thru and saw a rat running around behind the building, so I drove off. There’s probably rats inside too.

Don’t bother coming here, black dude with face mask is so rude. Taking his job too seriously. I apologize to the lady because I didn’t see her & the dude proceeded by calling me NAMES when it was ancient. He said I’m rude , so I showed him the real definition of rude. Literally the lady didn’t say anything & didn’t have a problem until he made it a problem. The dude handing out the food with a mask also but the middle finger to me. Rude staff!!! Should not be working there for customers service.

Do not recommend. The resturant smells like a men's restroom in a truck stop. Everywhere was dirty. The staff could care less about service and just yelled out a number of an order and walked away.

Around 3:45pm yesterday, Nov 26 I thru the drive thru to order a medium mango-pineapple smoothie. When I received it. It was only 3/4 full my cup. I said to the nice lady at the window my cup isn’t full. I didn’t pay $5.03 for this - either they fill it up or return my money. She said something to I want to guess it’s someone higher than her- she was instructed to take the drink back (rather then filling it to the top) and I was handed a refund - I made .2 cents more. I drove to another McDonald’s and ordered the same thing - except my cup was full! I shared with the employee here my experience with the McDonald’s on Century. She called her manager who confirmed that was not the policy at McDonald’s to fill 3/4 cup smoothies. And apologized - for something they didn’t do. That’s service! And my smoothie at this location was .60 cents cheaper than the one on Century and La Cienega blvd! If you could - avoid the one on Century - you’re paying more. It turned out to be a blessing- to find out I could save money by buying from another location who has a cleaner restaurant. As a owner of the franchise on Century- you could probably be making more $ if you start hiring the right employees. Customer service at most McDonald’s have gone down!

Didn't have paper for my receipt. Have me a price and then shorted me my change. It was only a penny but employee just gave me $.20 as opposed to $.21 as if I couldn't count. When I inquired she indicated she was shoet on pennies, as if thats my fault It was the principal of it all. Then both the employee and manager showed attitude because I asked for my penny. They already couldn't provide me a receipt for my cash transaction. Not to mention when I provided my app code for $1 hash hrown I was charged full price and I had to tell her the price was incorrect. She replies you have to give it time to update. Lies you tell. I use app often and it updates immediately. I didn't trust this transaction or this location. Never again. The nerve of employees getting an attitude because customer is asking for what they are required to have

When we came to buy fries a little while ago, we asked for 8 large fries, but in the drive round they told us that we did not have that many fries, as far as I understood, they did not want to give them because of the large number.
