Got my order wrong
I put a star to the attitude of the manager of this Macdonald a very bad attitude he had no people and as soon as he saw me he said you should use the Kiosk but not friendly at all he said it with a bad attitude then two more colored customers came in and there if he said nothing about making the orders at the Kiosk, as a manager he must be kind respectful and give good customer service, my 10-year-old son was with me and out of respect for my son I did not answer him as I would have liked but I hope the corporations find out and give him feedback on how to give good customer service.
That Male Security guard that was working on 4/23 was extremely rude and disrespectful to paying customers and tries to be know it all and he a cosutomer cry when she left due to the and he lets no paying customers use the restroom and don't pay. He was constantly on the phone a lot more than doing his job. He needs to be written up or fired! Check the sevailnce cameras and see for yourself
I dont know how this place is still standing!! The service is horrible, the employees are lazy, but its also my fault for keep coming here! Every time i order here, they never get it right and im just asking a simple, regular, COMES WITH orders and they dont put everything that ALREADY COMES WITH! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN ALREADY!

My friend was harassed for no reason and accused of graffiti, he was targeted and even when he proved his innocence to the security guard he still persisted and proceeded to make a threat to call the cops on him while we were peacefully eating. This is wrong and acceptable and the security guard should be held accountable for his wrongs.
Security card accused me for something I didn’t do, supposedly I did graphite when I did not and threatened to call the police on me. After he checked my clothes and backpack he didn’t find a single marker on sight, fire this man he isn’t bringing nothing but trouble!

My experience at this location was awful. The service was terrible, especially with Andy, the manager, who was not only rude but also incredibly pessimistic. When I used my mobile code at the window, their computer malfunctioned, and I could no longer apply the code to my purchase. Andy came to the window, being condescending, argumentative, and dismissive despite me asking not to interact with him. He belittled me and refused to offer any solution or even acknowledge that errors can happen. It was clear he didn't respect the customer experience.
I strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald's location or even the chain altogether. It’s evident that some customers are not welcomed or valued, and instead of supporting an establishment that treats people this way, I’ll be spending my hard-earned money elsewhere.
