I do a lot of Google reviews, and I very rarely—if ever—leave a negative one. Unfortunately, I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this McDonald’s within the past week and a half, and I feel it’s important to share my experience.

When I place an order, it’s usually for three people, and I’m very specific. I politely ask for the meals to be placed in separate bags so I don’t have to open everything and sort out whose food is whose. This includes making sure breakfast items come with the butter, syrup, and utensils they’re supposed to have.

Despite being clear, my order was incorrect, and items I paid for were missing. What was most disappointing was that there was no acknowledgment, no offer to correct the mistake, no reimbursement, and no gesture to make it right.

I ended up returning another time only because my son asked to stop for food. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have gone back. I didn’t say anything to him about my prior experience—I simply placed the order and hoped for better. Unfortunately, it was the same issue again.

It’s sad because I’ve been going to McDonald’s for many, many years, and after reading the reviews, I now understand why there are so many negative ones. Consistency and attention to detail matter.

Unfortunately I couldn’t order food for myself. I then stopped at Jack in the Box afterward and ordered two hash browns and two sausage patties à la carte. I asked—again—for separate bags, and the response was, “Sure, no problem.” The service was respectful, attentive, and kind. I even found myself repeatedly saying thank you because of how appreciated and respected I felt.

Cashier in drive through very rude and condescending. Assistant manager not much better. Just fyi when receiving a complaint from a paying customer, lead with understanding and an apology. Don’t get an attitude too. Truly laughable how your “training” assistant manager doesn’t know how to handle a complaint and gets mad when the customer voices their issue. I wasn’t upset about the store policy, I was disturbed by the way I was spoken to first by the rep at the drive thru and then the assistant manager.

Waited 30 min for my 6 buck meal deal. Also register was kinda rude , I get your busy , but I work customer service too , and the attitude is not okay , trash McDonald's, definitely could be a staff problem but not my problem , I pay to get food not wait half an hour.

Update: The manager that is a hispanic older lady with glasses is the one with attitude and poor service (seems like others also say it's the one with glasses). There is a black lady who was really on top of things and she was great. I am still not changing the rating because the first manager was SO horrible, and rude. Thank you for the link, will put in a formal complaint.

McDonald’s continues to be a reliable go-to for a quick, tasty meal. The service was fast and friendly, and my order was hot, fresh, and exactly right. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the Big Mac was just as satisfying as ever. Whether you're on the road or just need a quick bite, McDonald’s delivers every time. Clean location, easy ordering (love the mobile app), and great value. Can’t go wrong with a classic!
