Paid 10¢ for a “bag” at McDonald’s and got a flimsy paper sleeve with no handles. It ripped on the way out, and my whole order fell to the floor. When I asked for a real bag with handles, I was told those are only for Uber or delivery drivers—regular customers get sleeves only. This is ridiculous. If you’re charging for a bag, it should be strong enough to carry the food. Cheap and frustrating policy.

worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been. no staff there to help. food was sitting there for soooooo long and they didn’t give a receipt so i didn’t know which order was mine. other orders were not called and piled up. i waited for a staff member to notice me at the register and they dismissed me. i finally got someone’s attention and they searched for my order that had been sitting there for who knows how long. i told them i ordered two happy meals and he grabbed three and handed me two and one was incorrect and he took it back. i bet he gave that to someone else even though i touched and looked through it. so gross. they also forgot the drinks at first. terrible experience.
