I had an extremely disappointing experience. The manager refused to give me her name and treated me very poorly all because I requested a refund for an order I couldn’t pick up. The system didn’t allow me to cancel the order immediately, and when I explained the situation, I was met with hostility instead of help. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect over a simple refund request

The worst customer service experience from what I think its a manager. She was a short chubby female with a face mask taking orders in the front counter at 6:24am Monday June 23rd. She greated me with a really heavy greeting and seemed she was mad. On top of that I was not handed a receipt and before I check out she was gone from the register. I ask older women with a white shirt if I can use the restroom and she was really kind to open it for me. When I came back to get my food the same lady who toom my order look at me and didnt bother to come and give me my food or ask if I need anything. I finally ask if I could get my food and she yelled and sai I was calling your number but again I did not receive any receipt from her and I said ok I was in the restroom she threw everything in the counter and while she was leaving said something in a low voice.

It's a gas station Mc Donalds, what do you expect? But seriously the staff are friendly and pretty accommodating. They can't affect the customers that sometimes linger, and it's not a 5 star because they sometimes forget your sauce, give you the wrong one, or mess up your order, but 9/10 they get it right.
It's mcdonalds everything is more expensive. The value proposition does not feel great for the money. The atmosphere is generic, not worth writing home about. They've lost the fun and raised prices. Food still tastes fine

Trash ass mcdonald’s. these people always forget the sauces and leave hair in damn near half the food you order. Whoever is working here as of May 2025 should be fired, I work in food service and would NEVER let things like this slide.
