Horrible service from the Manager Gabby. They purposely canceled my order and made me re-order again for their drive numbers, goals, or whatever… I believe they still charged me for the canceled order as well. This is my local McDonald’s and I understand that their job is very hard, but the level of not caring, and rudeness, and not explaining by the manager was next level.

She did not want to figure out what was going on or care that I was double charged.

Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly environment!

I don’t know what’s going on, but this is ridiculous. I order deluxe burger with large fries. Fries was OK a little salty, but the burger was very nasty and did not taste good at all like it was spoiled. I threw it up and tossed it out hopefully do not get sick. People check your food and smell it because this food was not good at all.

Slow & consistently bad service. This location always decides to stop fulfilling late night dinner orders whenever they want before the 3:59AM cutoff mark. The app accepts mobile orders till 3:59AM.

Multiple times I’ve been here between 3:30-40, with my mobile order accepted, and they will tell me the “registers are closed” or the “systems are restarting.” They’re just lazy. I’ve been to other locations that fulfill orders till the cutoff. I’ve sat at the drive thru window before watching them laugh and play around inside, while a whole line forms in the lot.

And like others said, they’ve made me waste time canceling my mobile order & having to re-place it at the window. At this point I’m concerned about double charges too.

Don’t expect ANY dinner food after 3:30AM. And expect it to be SLOW.

We both felt ill afterwards. On the news they announced there was an outbreak abd many people getting ill from eating at McDonald's
