The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I placed a to-go order and was charged $0.10 for a small brown paper bag — seriously? Then, I ordered two Happy Meals, and they told me if I wanted a plastic bag big enough to carry them, that’s another $0.10. What kind of nickel-and-diming is this?
To make it worse, both Happy Meals had the exact same toy — Diamond Block & Steve. The packaging clearly shows what’s inside, so staff can pick and choose what to give out. The store was NOT busy when I came in (which makes sense now), so I know the staff saw who I was and what I ordered. Giving me the same toy twice feels like blatant disrespect — and I can’t help but feel like it was intentional because I’m an older Asian man. That’s discrimination, plain and simple.
And let’s talk about customer service — nonexistent. When I asked a question about the bag charge at the counter, two employees walked right past me and ignored me. I literally had to raise my voice and say “Excuse me” just to get a response. That is completely rude and unprofessional.
I usually have decent experiences at McDonald's, but this was just awful. First time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a bad review — and I hope corporate sees this.

Bro I ordered a 6 dollar meal and a strawberry milkshake and and a 6pc chicken nuggets. Now tell my why I only got the 6pc nuggets and the drink. I had to ask to get my milkshake made because they forgot it and then when I check my food I see in the other nuggets pack they put old expired bacon. And they didn't give me my burger 0 stars

Over stupid apple pies that they forgot to put in my bag when I went to drive thru, they don't care! I will never come back here. Rude staff, they don't care Anymore. Go to a different location. Don't waste your time to come here, you surely will be disappointed.

They don't care about anyone or the establishment McDonald's headquarters shall be looking in to fire These so-called managers and employees together at the same time. Replacde them , with news, new management i've been going here for years, but I am done with this establishment. It sucks 1000%. Do not waste your time and money on this place. Look for the alternatives like Jack in the box. Taco vell cars junior etc...
