Went there to go get some breakfast had to use restroom I saw the employee leave the bathroom without washing his hands then I went to go wash my hands and I see why he didn't wash his hands there was no soap I thought he was going to come back and put soap in the bathroom going to wash his hands nope he just went back to the kitchen. never coming to this McDonald's again I wouldnt recommend you either but to each its own

This place has the worst customer service ever. They ignore you straight to your face. You ask for ranch and you even make eye contact and still act like they didn’t hear you . Not once but twice and then you wait there for 5 more minutes just for ranch. It wasn’t even a full house. Really disrespectful people.

Placed mobile order from outside of store for 1 iced coffee. Went inside to pick it up. Manager couldn't find my order and continued to assist other customers. Female worker overheard and took care of me after waiting 20 minutes. Manager was useless and to the female worker: thank you for stepping up when the manager didn't.

waited almost 40 minutes for 2 hot chocolates at 1 am
clean but lacking on fresh food, even though we had to wait a long time you would have thought it was because the hashbrowns had to cook, but it was just slow moving. Nice and clean though.

I kinda figured since because its LA that it would suck here, and yep, it does. Got here and workers ignore customers, and tables were all dirty, and I mean food and stuff all over. When I asked if we could have our tables cleaned I was straight up told no. Wife literally went to another worker and had to ask for a rag and spray so we could clean our tables ourselves......

Pretty much the same as any other mcdonald's, which honestly is more a testament to the consistency of the product that McDonald's delivers all over the world. However parking at this one is pretty rough especially when they're busy, as many spots get obstructed by cars waiting for the drive-thru.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s today. Because I’m allergic to wheat, it can be hard to find something I can eat, but I was able to order two hash browns and two sausage patties and make a hash brown,sausage sandwich. It was delicious, and I was so grateful that my son and I could both enjoy a meal together. Thank you, McDonald’s, for serving us and for all the years you’ve served millions of people.
