Breakfast was accurate and speedy. I recommend doing pick up if you are using the app. The drive thur can be long.

Not good I asked for Hot fresh food, was not given that fries were not at even slighty warm nuggets not at all.
Told employee said they just came out the fryer, told him not these, he gave me some Hot fries but the nuggets tasted old and were not hot. Should have given them back too. I always asked for my food to be fresh and hot.

Consistently gets orders wrongs, and absurd amount, always check order from here, for example you order a sausage McMuffin there will be no sausage, or missing items in general.

Waited for 10 mins for someone to tell me to go to the next window. Went to next window and waited for 19 more mins and food turned out cold and my drink was bland with no ice that was melted down. Ilene has the worst customer service

Just moved and disappointed this is my local McDonald’s. The drive thru was unnecessarily slow. Not due to a lot of cars. Just long gaps in time between each one moving. When I finally made it to the ordering after 7 min, it took another 40 seconds to be greeted. That just proved the staff is either being lazy or they are understaffed which is even worse. Do better.
Well the Kiosk! Self sever on the kiosk machine is a nightmare. They should have virtual assistance at least!!!

First of all, whenever I order curbside pickup at this location, they never bring your order to the designated parking for order pick up. And this is not just a couple of times that this happened. It’s ALWAYS, whenever I order through the app, either I would tell them “I’m here” and select the number, or sometimes the app would tell me which slot to park at, but in either case they NEVER bring the food out to you. And they always mark the order as complete without any worker coming out. I’ve always had to come in, go to the counter and pick up there. What is the point of curbside pick up?!
Second, I went in here to order Happy Meals for my daughter because she wanted the toys. The toys come in a variety of characters, and we wanted to collect all different kinds. I went in store to order, and asked the cashier if it’s possible to get different kinds of the toy, since we hoped to not get duplicates. She immediately said she will ask her manager, which I thought was odd like I don’t think you need a manager for that? Anyway, so manager comes and he is a Hispanic man that I just saw yelling at one of the workers tending to the drive thru line. He comes to me and I just kindly asked the same thing: “can I get different toys with the 3 Happy Meals I ordered? I just dont want any duplicates, if possible?” OMG this manager responded to me “Listen Ma’am, I’m trying to run a business here. I do not have the time to select toys for you.” Wow really bruh? At that time you were not busy, you have 2 cashiers standing by while customers were ordering on the self-order kiosks. There was no line at the drive thru. It’s not the busiest I’ve ever seen it. And really, you respond to a customer that way, when I very politely asked? The first worker I asked had more manners and customer service than you, Mr Rude Manager.
