Worse customer service ever. They’re always short on staff and always take care of the Drive -Thru orders first no matter what, they can see there is a full lobby of people waiting for their food and still manage to prioritize Drive-Thru first.

It’s hard to rate the food when we ordered ice cream only to find out they didn’t have any. We were In The drive thru line for 20 mins after ordering a McFlurry and ice cream cone. When we finally got to the window they told us they didn’t have ice cream. It would have been nice to have been informed when we initially ordered.

Awesome experience at this McDonald's so glad that the frozen drink machine was working. We always go to the McDonald's on Temple and Alvarado and their machine is never working. Thank you for being awesome McDonald's. Staff was absolutely amazing as we'll definitely be returning and I personally highly recommend this McDonald's.

Incredible that 1 quarter pounder sandwich is over $7.00 Besides excellent customer service before the door closed behind me upon entering. The ambiance is refreshing, pleasant, and friendly. I was shocked to see beautiful fresh flower vases on each table. This was a most flavorable experience. Thank you McDonald's management 😊

Very bad service waste of $3.79 I asked for a sweet lemonade tea. This is more lemonade than a tea. I also asked for a lemon and as you can see, there’s no lemon don’t waste your time going here.

Really like this specific spot. It's an oasis in the middle of a very busy location. When I choose table service, they'll bring the meal to my table. Several McDonald's won't. I feel safe inside the space. Food and coffee is still hot when it gets to my table.
