The male manager is incompetent. There is no one in the cash register area, no one is servicing the queue. I arrived to pick up my order but was told to wait 30 minutes. Is this fast food?

They’re the only ones that raise their prices, 2 for $6 when other locations are 2 for $5. Also the only ones that don’t sell the happy meal toy separately….

Such horrible service from everyone, including the manager, 01/20/2024, 01:57 pm they had no customers and it took us more than 20 minutes for our order, my wife asked to be scanned for the points and the cashier looked annoyed and Very rudely, she replied that she couldn't do it. And I don't think they had a bad word because they joked and laughed among themselves, in fact they have problems with customers. They forget that if there are no clients there is no work and if there is no work they do not receive a check

The drive thru is efficient and the women very friendly. BUT the sausage burritos were subpar even for fast food. The cheese tasted processed, the tortilla was hard, the eggs blah. The service was the only thing adequate. Don’t bother stopping at this McD; there is one on LaBrea, far better quality.
Arrived at 8PM with a mobile order and were told we have to go to the drive thru window. Keep in mind, we weren’t in a car nor did we have a car. We were pedestrians just walking in the drive thru line. Extremely unsafe. And it was pretty chilly outside. Makes no sense how the restaurant I closed at 8PM when it’s open until 2am.
