Walked over because we live two blocks away. Lobby was already closed at 10pm even though the location is listed as open until midnight. We had no choice but to walk up to the drive thru window on foot. Employees told us they weren’t going to open the lobby and they were not going to take our order unless we drove back in a car. Absolutely ridiculous policy but a great way to alienate the people that live closest to the location.

this mcdonald’s deserves its 4.0 rating and above. every time i come to this mcdonald’s the food is on point and warm. i come from the east side of LA and no other mcdonald’s stands out like this location does.

Kinda surprised I’m writing a review for McDonald’s, but I absolutely had to in this case. The staff here are some of the nicest, helpful, and friendly staff I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I believe this location is franchised owned because it’s so different than other McDonald’s. The workers work extremely hard and always keep a smile on their face. They all deserve a raise in my honest opinion. The food here is never cold or poorly made like every other McDonald’s I’ve been to… please give these people a smile and thank you as they work extra hard at this location! Thanks team!

I washungry i devoured this after a long day or working and no food. Alll i can say is hann the best mcdonalds meal i have had in a while. not sure if it was luck or this location or because it was presidents’ day. the meal waat! haha i was so stunned that i’m writing this review. I got a number 9 (filet of fish combo) and a side of 6 piece nuggies. Very happy , even though i try to eat much healthier! i’ll just double work out tomorrow but a good fast food meal once in a while is what life is all about. The fries were also unreal, as they always are hit today hit extraaaa.
This location cannot seem to make a Steak, Egg & Cheese McGriddle correctly. Every single time I order one, they add breakfast sauce — which is not part of the sandwich. I’ve pointed this out repeatedly (at least five different visits), but the employees ignore me and keep making it wrong as if they’re relying on memory instead of following the actual menu.
The McDonald’s app doesn’t even list breakfast sauce as an ingredient, so there’s no way to remove it when ordering. That makes it a store-level problem, not a customer mistake. What makes it worse is the attitude: instead of correcting the order politely, staff get defensive and act like I’m the problem for asking them to make the sandwich the way it’s supposed to be.
This wastes time, wastes money, and shows poor training and weak management. McDonald’s is supposed to be about consistency, but this location fails on the basics. Until management fixes this, I’d recommend driving a little farther and going to another McDonald’s.

It’s the best McDonalds we’ve been to, very clean, quiet and calm to enjoy your food with no interruptions. The restrooms are very clean and the employees are very polite, kind, and always helpful making sure the restaurant stays clean. Love it!!
