I took my grandkids to this location last night 8/30/2025 for dinner we went through their drive thru and our entire order wasn't in the bag so we handed the bag back to the person at the pick up and explain i had a free bday gift of nuggets , and the 1 one get one free so 1 order of nuggets were missing and this manager( Allison,Adalyn or something with an A, i was so appalled i was unable to retain her name)very young and usually pleasant accused myself my daughter of lying about not having our entire order. I went back and forth with her for a minute and she flat out told me I was lying about 6 nuggets and basically refused to deal with us sending her employees to the window with my requested refund of my two orders and refused to give me her regional manager's number. Now I don't use race as a factor but in this case she's accussing a almost 60 year old women driving a $65,000 car of trying to fraud her by saying we didn't get something when I received the same item as a free bday gift via their app is crazy! Would she have treated this way if I was Caucasian absolutely not she would have apologized and gave me the nuggets instead of being combative and leaving from trying to resolve my issue. She needs nit to worry because can't EVER GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY!!!!
I'll make sure whomever I know will also follow suit. Ppl beware of patronizing businesses that hire racists employees and put them in charge because if you don't have for the elderly than why are you dealing with the public. No no McDonald's for my grandkids because last night was Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

I believe McDonald’s introduced the adult Happy Meal because it understands our attachment to toys and the nostalgia of childhood memories. I placed an online order for six adult Happy Meal toys (a full set of six). Anyone who has ever bought blind boxes knows that buying a complete set should mean receiving all six different toys, not random duplicates.
After checking the number codes, I was shocked to discover that I had received four sets of duplicates. I went to the counter to request an exchange, but the staff refused and told me the store was too busy to handle my request. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was given yet another excuse and still denied an exchange. The manager even told me, “You can take your duplicates to another McDonald’s and try to exchange them there.”
In the end, I requested a refund. The process was unreasonably slow, and after much waiting, the manager finally refunded me in cash.
This was a very disappointing experience. I believe the purpose of creating the adult Happy Meal and selling the toys separately was to allow collectors like us to fulfill our wish of completing the set. Unfortunately, we were not treated with the respect and service that should come with that promise.

This is the only McDonald’s where my codes never work. At every other location, I never have an issue. Here, though, it feels like the staff either don’t know how to enter them or maybe they’re doing something shady—I don’t know. One time I even went inside, showed the cashier my phone, and waited until she clicked the code herself. At first, she said it worked, and then all of a sudden said it didn’t work and was incorrect.
There are a couple of nice employees (a young man and young lady who are always polite), but overall the experience at this location is unsatisfactory.

Drive thru worker was straight terrible and rude. When he messed up our order and I asked him to correct it he told me to 'chill'. After that he began rushing us to finish an order. I know its McDonald's but dang, a little professionalism os too much to expect

It’s really annoying to come get a meal and have to wait for fries. Then no one says “here are some extra fries since we made you wait 6 mins” literally annoying when fries should be ready all the time

As an independent film producer living in Culver City, I work from home on certain days. What that means is I find myself at this McDonald’s more often than I care to admit—mainly because it’s just a few blocks from my girlfriend’s place. Ironically, it’s also not far from an apartment I used to share with a different ex. Every now and then, sitting in the parking lot waiting for a mobile order, I find myself wondering how she’s doing. I don’t want to go back to that relationship, but I do wish she could see how much I’ve grown since then. Maybe that wish alone says something about my own narcissistic tendencies.
Philosophical musings aside, this location is efficient, clean, and the drive-thru is clutch. The McDonald’s app, in particular, is a true retail innovation. It’s streamlined, rewarding, and shockingly effective at boosting my visit frequency. It’s wild to me that the cinema industry hasn’t taken notes. Post-pandemic, theaters are still trying to compete with streaming services for leisure time, yet they’ve barely scratched the surface of mobile engagement.
If exhibition’s real margins are in concessions, then maybe it’s time for cinema chains to explore deeper integration with major food corporations. Imagine AMC partnering with someone like PepsiCo or even—dare I say—McDonald’s. If I can order a Big Mac and a movie ticket in the same app? That’s a night out. That’s culture.
Anyway, fries were hot. Will be back.

It's McDonald's
It is close to a major intersection.
Small building.
Smaller parking lot that was converted into a double order lane drive thru but the staff is fast so the line will not get built up.
Be careful which way you enter from the ally.
3 stars for in house service but drive thru 10 MAX STARS
This location is very clean & the staff is super friendly!!!
I and Amy son ManMan quick and near by
