The entire staff is terribly rude, they behave arrogantly and boorishly. They whisper. They don’t greet the client, they ignore them, they don’t answer questions, they pretend they don’t hear, they turn their backs on you. Laughing at clients.
Parking: Street parking is open. There are places for couriers.

I love pickles and tomatoes. And always order extra in a chicken sandwich and on the side. I almost dread coming to this McDonald's coming to this location because they never fail to make a mistake on my order. What's worse is they don't even have a drive through so it's not like they have two ways they have to take orders, it's just inside!!!!
Because I work so close and come here for lunches is the only reason I come back , but today was the last straw.
The cashier was a young man's and seemed so uninterested to take my order. As a matter of fact anytime I get anything from a staff , they seem miserable . I ordered my special order and yet again it was not correct . Really disappointing. Wish they would look into this location.

Out of the hundreds of reviews I’ve written, this is the first time I’m giving 1 star.
I ordered food yesterday, but the McNuggets were missing from my order. I went back today to explain the situation, but even the man who appeared to be the manager came out and refused to help. Despite showing them my online order history, I was given a ridiculous response: since I didn’t call to request a refund on the same day, they couldn’t give me the missing item.
Why are they shifting the blame to the customer when it was clearly their mistake? I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just the item I didn’t receive yesterday, yet they refused. Is this the company’s official policy?
What made this worse was their rude and arrogant attitude, without even an apology. It was extremely unpleasant.
