The most UNSAFE location where you have adult males coming in ordering, harrassing and threatening female customers. ATTENTION***NO DRIVE THRU***** Parking is narrow and congested. Somehow the food tastes subpar to other locations.
I agree the management & owner have been complacent with incidents at this location.
This is a difficult job where you deal with low lifes to better humans so excellent service can be challenging.

The franchise owner does nothing. Some franchise owners have extra security in better locations...interesting.

They act like they've never seen a lesbian before, went into the women's restroom because I AM A WOMAN and was chased out. You'd think LA would be a little less ignorant but nope. Do not give this location your hard earned money. They should be embarrassed.

I was trying to pound the clown aka get free food from the monopoly game. But it wouldn’t let me use the coupons one after the other. It wanted me to wait 13 minutes between orders and that did not work for me because the environment was so uncomfortable.
Staff overwhelmed the parking lot is filled with cars not of restaurant guests. And the self serve registers are out of paper
