Make sure you count your change if paying with cash as the cashier short changed me. It was only $.10 so it wasn't worth trying to get his attention but just count your change. Geographically not the best location as an unhoused woman kept walking in and out of the dining area amd she smelled like urine and sweat.. but not their fault.

Our food arrived icy cold, the order was half delivered. And one of your staff member had the 4 year old daughter behind the counter while waiting on customers. They also allowed teen ager to ride their scooters inside of the restaurant. It was not family friendly!

I have lived on this area over 10 years the last 2 times I went to this McDonald's the cashier has had a very rude attitude I tried joking abd asking how was her morning but here attitude has not changed I mentioned it to the manager she said she didn't think so and walked away I'm writing because I buy food there often I think a review if customer service should be reviewed hopefully service will be better I will write agin if service continues to be of this type

Gabriella was the cashier. She left me standing in line for 25 minutes. Refuse to service me kept walking by looking at me smiling, buy then another African American join me, We then request the manager to get service the manager who came her name was Anita, I was telling her, what happened, Why am I not being service? Why is it taking so long? She just stood there and ignored me refused to answer me. So with the manager I placed my order which was just as sweet tea because I was so irritated from standing for 25 minutes. That I know longer had an appetite. So Gabriel the cashier makes my sweet Tea and she spits in it and brings it to me and she's laughing and tells me to enjoy it. And it felled with white spit foam, I ask for a refund because I can see what it is and what it is and what it was. I think this is a prejudice McDonald's. Because there was another black lady behind me who also did not receive service, who also is complaining, neither one of them the cashier or manager care to offer any apology any type of customers service However, the people that were there before me were Hispanic and white and they receive service. I don't recommend African Americans going to McDonald's on la brea and Obama blvd. That location dies not Believe in giving customer service to African American individuals very disrespectful.Gabriella kept laughing the whole time.She thought the whole situation was funny. She thought I was about to drink her spit. Then the wonder why people get attack in the fast food industry because of that kind of service.

Manager was rude. Cause I didn't understand how to use the kiosk. I asked another worker for assistance to pay with cash upfront. Manager was talking smack under her breath. I thanked the employee for helping me. The manager walked away saying ,"shiiiit". Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I see her helping somebody who's elderly but she expects everybody to understand the kiosk. Last time I'll be coming to this McDonald's.. not all machines work like her vibrator. . She needs a good massage, cranky ahh beach

I came to buy chocolate chip cookies and the representative on the drive thru was very helpful and recommended the right quantity and the cookies were amazing. the service was top notch YES at McDonald's, this particular one.
