McDonald's has gone way downhill since the 90's. Portions are small, overpriced, and much lower quality. The Washington location had a half dozen unhoused persons sleeping in various areas of the dining room. Though I my heart goes out to them and I help any time I can, it still makes for an unpleasant dining experience with the smell of body oder and urine in the dining area.

I'm French, and I don't know Daz at all. But I was touched by his story which is truly heartbreaking. McDonald's in France are okay but from what I read... here it's not the same. The poor guy, getting robbed like that in front of everyone!! Maybe the employees were in cahoots with the thieves. But hey.

This McDonald’s location seems to be one of the newer ones, and it definitely shows. The restaurant was clean, organized, and all of the self-serve kiosks were working—which is a rare win! I was also surprised (in a good way) to see the ice cream machine actually up and running.
Customer service was great; the staff was friendly and efficient with my order. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because of how my drink was served. The cup had chocolate syrup on the outside, making it pretty sticky to hold. It wasn’t a huge issue, but definitely something that could’ve been avoided.
Other than that, everything else about the visit was solid. I’d definitely stop by again.

Computer ordering in store didn't work. Tapped a double burger expecting it's on special... 2nd burger $1. After tapping the burger, picture came from next screen of fish sandwich. Tried different burger, still showed fish. I asked for help, paid to find this store didn't participate 2nd $1 purchases. Then I had to deal with same man asking me for money 3 times before my order came... Drive through looking sooo much better.

Yes ! The dreaded bad review oh how I wish we could all live in a utopia , but at las we do not ! the manager lady here young girl , seems smart and very nice , however her managing skill do lack competency ,and customer service , dirty tables / dirty restrooms and sad to say and a negative attitude , she doesn’t seem to understand customers and franchise culture , she’s on her phone 📱 durring work hours not paying attention to her floor , argumentative when asked

the place really just needs a good manger like when Ray Kroc ran these places wow McDonald’s was McDonald’s !!! Bring back courtesy bring back pride bring back customer satisfaction and service and McDonald’s wouldn’t be losing all the money and customers .
We used to be daily customers…. DAILY ! So I figured after a year let me try again , No same old place dirty bad service and ran down Ray would be so disappointed!! Sorry Ray ! You really did try
