Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever come across staff ignores customers, food is never ready on time and don’t get me started on the drive through it’s always crowded and packed food is never fresh it’s. Even times where I’ve had to go back because the quality was rotten

It takes really long to order in person. I ordered one simple shake and got it 20 minutes later and the bad thing is that they started making it after the third time of telling them when is my food done. Truly disappointing

I used to avoid fast food, but McDonald’s has really stepped up their game. Their salads and grilled chicken wraps are fresh and tasty. It’s nice to have healthier options when you’re on the go.

Wrong place to take a breakfast i went with all family wife two kids and two kids like guests for birthday and there are two black guys fighting inside and nobody do something they don't have security police or manager never call a 911 that is unfair for other costumer.

They dont bring out your food curbside while the app says its been delivered. Will have you wait over 10 minutes until you get off and go inside.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. First, they gave me the wrong order. When I brought it to their attention, they remade the food—but still got it wrong. I had clearly requested no cheese on the burgers because my niece has a cheese allergy, and they still included cheese. This could have been a serious health risk.

On top of that, they charged me 10 cents for a bag without informing me, which is frustrating—not because of the amount, but because of the lack of transparency.

What made everything worse was the attitude of the manager. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation professionally, they were rude and dismissive. Customer service matters, especially when mistakes are made that could affect someone’s health.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I hope this location takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.
