I’m reporting an accessibility issue at a McDonald’s location today.
I placed a curbside order because I am currently injured and using crutches. After arriving, staff brought my order to the counter inside but then refused to carry the food outside to my car due to rain.
I explained that I was on crutches and physically unable to carry food to my vehicle. Despite this, they declined to assist, which forced me to request a refund instead of receiving my order.
This situation created a barrier for a customer with limited mobility. Curbside pickup exists to accommodate situations like this, and refusing assistance due to weather prevented me from safely accessing the service.
I am requesting this be reviewed as an accessibility and customer care concern.

Not real food. Came for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit the other day and by the time I got home I was throwing up and had a horrible bathroom trip. Don’t do it to yourself

As the other review said. Please stop hiring workers who barely speak English and have awful, horrible attitudes towards costumers. The female staff who doesn’t speak English and is rude to costumers needs to be fired immediately

Ordered food to go. Cashier courteous. Food orders completed in less than 10 minutes. This is my second trip in less than 2 weeks because I like their fried chicken strips. Received order hot and left McDonalds in less than 15 minutes from entering and exiting with my order

I wish I can give this location a 0 this is by far the worst location STOP PUTTING WORKERS WHO BARELY UNDERSTAND & SPEAK ENGLISH AT THE REGISTERS!!! There’s a Spanish lady who never gets the order correct because she don’t understand English it’s very annoying & her attitude is so ugly I’m sorry but she needs to be at a different position
