Been here a few times and the food always seems to have been fresh when I ordered, and it tasted amazing. They've gotten my order correct every time. Maria the Mexican manager is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She needs to attend a customer service training class immediately. She barely knows how to speak English and she lacks communication skills. Just because an employee is willing to work long hours and crawl in mud, does not mean they have the qualifications to be a manager. She’s not qualified to be a manager and is a bad representation of McDonalds. This is one of the worse McDonald’s in the area. Hold your managers accountable to providing an excellent customer service experience. Ugh

Rat dropping in my food, the atmosphere is dangerous because the unhoused uses it as a hangout, the mangers aren’t terrible but the staff is rude. Don’t eat here. The stores in black and brown neighborhoods are disgusting it speaks volumes on how they feel about us. That’s what I get for going against my previous boycott. The ancestors don’t want this for us. We have the power, stop eating here!

I ordered on the app to come to the table and 15 mins went by while i was waiting inside the store at the table and they called out the mobile order number not the table number i entered. Long story short my food was cold and they fixed it right away and gave me extra sauces. For me the mcdonalds where im from it just is what it is but at this location they made it right and right away. Bathrooms in the back. Im just glad to have been able to visit this location and get great food and service. Complete opposite reviews when on the east coast.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps available on this property
