Terrible customer service here at this location. They can’t get customer orders correct to save their life’s. Had to drive back 3 TIMES until it was right. Never going to this location again. Go up the street to Beverly glen and Santa Monica and get it done correct. Terrible!!!

My experience at this McDonald's drive-thru was by far the worst I've ever had. The entire process was frustrating and slow from start to finish.
First, I had to repeat my order code a ridiculous five times—three times at the voice box and another two times at the payment window. This is a complete failure of their system and a waste of the customer's time.
After paying, I was forced to wait for nearly 15 minutes for my food without a single explanation or apology for the delay. When I finally received the bag, I discovered they had forgotten the ketchup cups that were part of my order.
When I politely asked for a couple of ketchup packets, the employee at the window completely ignored me. I had to raise my voice just to be acknowledged. She then handed me a few packets without even making eye contact, shoving them into the bag with a terrible attitude.
This location is consistently slow, but today's service reached a new low with the sheer incompetence and utter disregard for customers. I will be avoiding this specific McDonald's from now on.
