They got my order incorrect. Why pay all the money on add-ons if they just ignore it?im not about to drive all they way back there to ask them to fix it, Im already home. Plus i waited about 20 mins i. Drive thru just to get my order. Terrible location,I will not be going back there.

I ordered my breakfast for pick up 10 minutes in advance and waited 20 minutes and still did not receive my food. When a worker was able to help she ended up helping someone else who I was in front of. I couldn’t miss my bus for work so I didn’t even get my food or my money back. I won’t be coming back to this location.

the last two times i’ve been here have been terrible. tonight i got some food and when i bit into the burger the meat was squishy and very raw. the other time i had to go to the emergency room due to a deluxe mccrispy being raw as well. i am 33 weeks pregnant and i will be filing a lawsuit for this time and the 27th of october , im surprised this location doesn’t care about food safety. i most likely will probably have to go back to an er again because my stomach is hurting very badly again and i’m having terrible cramping like the last time.

extremely understaffed location leading to long delays in order pick ups and poor quality in food. Coffee always tastes burnt. The guests always huddle around the order pick up which is frustrating and only causes more delays
Always dissatisfied leaving this particular location but I guess that’s my bad for expecting anything out of a pico-union mcdonald’s 😵💫

Best way to go here is Curbside parking, using the app. Avoid the irritations!. Curbside, they bring the food to you, fairly promptly.

They treat you like trash when you show them that an item they supposedly cooked was frozen still. Being kind goes a long way but unless you know them personally, they have some terrible customer service skills. And I mean management not the kind workers

Came during rush hour after being at the ER. We went in through the drive through and parked in the parking lot to eat. When we parked the car next to us had not parked correctly and since it was rush hour they had a line and cars were coming in and out so we decided to eat our food and if we were blocking any cars for then to exit we would move. We noticed an older man dressed in black and white. I'm not sure if that was the general manager or security guard just because of the way they were dressed. Told us we didn't park correctly. We tried explaining why that happened and just threats us with calling the cops. The only thing he cared was that we didn't park right. Never coming here again.
