HEADS UP went in for breakfast today, they have replaced the Cashier with a sign saying “LETS GO DIGITAL” They are forcing us to use digital kiosk to order instead of paying a fare wage to employees. 2 kiosk were broken btw. I left right away.

I'd not been in a McDonald's since the movie super size it came out with Morgan Sporlock. The one where he only ate McDonald's for 30 days and halfway through he almost died of malnutrition. I believe that was more than 20 or 30 years ago.Well the other day I got the most intense craving for a quarter pounder with cheese and their delicious french fries. So I stopped in and ordered just that. Since you could get a meal the last time I was in a McDonald's for less than $5 I was a little shocked that it all came to more than 12. But it was exactly as I remembered. The fries are still delicious and crispy, a little sweet cuz they cook em in meat grease. The quarter pounder was that melted cheesy burger I still love.But after a few bites all I could think about was my artery slowly hardening. So I wrapped it up and put it in its little to-go box then gave it to a nice gentleman sitting outside of seem to really enjoy it.I think that's probably the last trip I'll ever make to McDonald's. But this one was nice big clean and bustling, it was fun, like a little carnivorous adventure :-)I did still finish the fries of course.

McDonald's is a consolidated brand, it seems to me because of the ease of purchase, but they should focus more on service, and train their staff, since they do not have the slightest idea of what customer service is,

I didn't know being on bicycle was not allowed in drive thru when Ive seen many restaurants allowing it and its only fair when the inside is close but they didn't have to be rude about
