Writ Nov 2025: Mee & Greet is temporarily Banyan Tree, which is mostly takeout, with some outdoor seating. M&G is moving into the old Overland Cafe space, don't know when. Their website will say.
Ordered pick up from this outpost on a whim last night. It was DELICIOUS. Get the protein with the garlic noodles. So good :) Also the pork rice dish is 10/10 👏

The Laksa Chicken Noodle soup…. WAS THE GREATEST NOODLE SOUP I’ve ever eaten in years!!! It was sooooooooo tasty and delicious! I literally ate everything and drank the whole bowl of broth! I am so happy. Thank you so much for making such amazing foods for us humans to enjoy! :’) can’t wait to be back and try more dishes!

We’ve had this twice in a week 🤣 it’s SO YUMMY! The new hawaiian-inspired menu is my favorite, the garlic shrimp is legit. And the folks who work here are so warm and friendly, a real local’s spot!

Food looked and smelled good but the taste was meh. The wings was the best dish we had. You could aslo order from 2 other restaurants there. Humble potato and some hawaiian bbq menu. The srver was very nice. Some coversations may not be appropriate for an open ktchen setting on a slow day.

Pretty awesome that they have 3 restaurants in one. It was also awesome that they made a fusion one menu to another... I'm happy to stumble upon this quality kitchen. You can taste the quality in the food. I'd say if you are thinking about trying it, go for it. Enjoy & spread the word cause places like this deserve to thrive.

One of my must-go places whenever I am on the west side of LA. Love the fried chicken wings, hainan chicken rice, and garlic noodles.

This is one of our go to place for consistently good Indonesian Singaporean fusion dishes. We’ve been coming here since 2018 and thankfully they survived Covid-19, but somehow much quieter afterwards. The good news is the food is still dope. They also serve Vietnamese fusion which is also good.
Service can be slow at times as they’re usually a bit understaffed but always friendly and chill.
The place is cozy with a few small tables and bar seating so best for smaller groups.
Our favorites here are the Hainan Chicken Rice (better than Savoy Kitchen IMHO) which resembles the world famous Tian Tian in Singapore Maxwell Food Centre, the Mad for Garlic Noodle, and the Nasi Goreng which is Indonesian fried rice topped with fried egg.
Other dishes we like are the bean sprouts with garlic, tofu family style, mee goreng, and the MG burger.
Highly recommended.
