I never write reviews, but this time I had to. Server was Rocco and he kept making all the mistake, first the drink he recommended was not well. Then mistakes on our ordering, trying to say we did not order what we actually did.Food was good, but service was lacking very much. Then at the end he did something weird with our bill to make it look like he took something off as good gesture but then did not. We finally got the original bill and I am not looking for anything, but being in the service industry ten years. When there are multiple mistakes, you should rectify with some gesture. Seems like a lack of care he was representing.Rooftop is awesome, but people fix your speakers...it's embarrassing to have someone tell you it's a good spot to see the speakers are just broken...blowing in and out. Figure it out.

I had made a reservation in advance at this restaurant for my bestfriend's birthday. They make you put your credit card info in case you're a no show, they charge you $25. I go to the restaurant and it's closed. Even though on Google they reflect that they're open. I even checked Google reviews and saw they had a recent review a week ago so it couldn't have been closed down or moved. They have the same address on their Google and Instagram, so I didn't go to the wrong address. When you call, no one answers. The restaurant did not reach out the cancel the reservation. There was every indication it was open but they weren't. All the lights were off and when we asked neighbor restaurants they said it was closed down... My reservation was on November 1 at 8:45pm and they only canceled my reservation ON November 2nd at 12am... This just left a bad impression. If they had an emergency and had to close the restaurant they could've canceled all the reservation before hand.

Went to this restaurant because of the happy hour menu. However, it was apparently canceled the week before and was notated on any platforms. Additionally, the reservation was scheduled for 6pm and we were told the kitchen didn't open until 7. On all platforms the opening time was 5pm. When we arrived there were no other customers present. The staff seemed over staffed and we're all talking and seemed to be waiting for others to show. We ordered drinks and food. After we received our drinks, we were informed that there was no happy hour menu but also half of the extremely limited menu was unavailable. We canceled the food order and paid for the drinks and left due to this. Wouldn't recommend.

The server and the staff were very accommodating!! I tipped 30% the hostess - everyone was brilliant - better than the food! The Chef was super kind! I had stitches in my gums from a surgery and could eat hard foods and they changed everything to accommodate me. Very generous with their time and offering!
The food was amazingg, what a gem and perfectly off the street. The valet was only $25 and all of the workers were friendly and inviting except for one gentlemen working the host desk at the roof bar. We were there for dinner so that part was amazing and quiet.
