Amazing experience from the first step in. Impeccable service, delicious and authentic food and the decor is stunning, you feel like you're stepping in 1001 nights dream.The Manager even checked on us to insure we were satisfied. We'll come back!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. First, our waitress rushed us to leave while we still had food on the table. Closing out a tab while guests still have untouched food on the table and without even asking if we want to order anything else is incredibly disrespectful. Then there's the issue of the drinks. They served cocktails in plastic martini cups that were heavy, awkward, and literally spilled when we tried to lift them. On top of that, they served $30 shots in tiny cheap plastic shot cups. For a restaurant charging premium prices, using plastic cups for actual cocktails and shots is insane. The quality does not match the price point in any way. As for the ambiance, the crowd and the overall vibe were nothing special, definitely not the “hot club” atmosphere they're trying to project. It's simply not giving what they think it's giving. Food-wise, the “Moroccan” salad is basically a salad shirazi, which traditionally is NOT eaten alone but served as a side with rice and kabob. Just a note for management and ownership: renaming a dish doesn't change what it actually is. Lastly, the valet situation was the cherry on top. They advertise $16 before 10 PM and $29 after 10 PM. We arrived at 8:45 PM and left at 11, yet we were charged $29, even though the rate should have been locked at the time we arrived. Completely dishonest. Overall, this place needs major improvement in service, transparency, and basic hospitality. Nothing about the experience matched the prices they charge. I will not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Do not have enough restrooms , people had to wait 50 minutes to get in! Dance floor was not enough for all people present ( extremely crowded ) Price of alcohol in bottles was absurd.

Booked through OpenTable. Reservation confirmed. Drove all the way there. Paid a valet to park my vehicle. I get to the door, and I'm told it's closed for a private party. I'm told I should have received a message. My reservations were for 8:30pm. The message was sent to me at 8:33 p.m. Very professional.

Diana was an absolute pleasure- overall Members is complete underrated- I will be coming here literally every weekend! My husband and I could go on for hours about how this place blew us away . We were flabbergasted- it didn’t even feel like we were in LA nonetheless sunset blvd - it felt like we were on vacation, perhaps honeymoon. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you don’t come, you’re missing out !! This is the place you make core memories at. I definitely did- and you should too! -S

SKETCHIEST place in West Hollywood, I’ve lived in LA my entire life.

First time we went I was very sketched out and so was my friend we had dinner resi on a Sunday and it was EMPTY… an employee stood over our heads about us and told us to leave a five star review and literally wouldn’t leave our side until we did (she actually bribed us with “free shots” for a five star review) we mentioned to her we would leave the review when we left and we were OK we didn’t want the free drinks… she kept insisting and was saying no, but it’ll really help me and my husband works here at the bar too and like random things about her performance reviews… anyway she said it like 20 times. After basically being forced to leave a 5 star review we let her know we don’t want the drinks and she brought them anyway…. PS until you didn’t show her. The review was posted. She wasn’t going to let it go.

NOW FOR THE REAL STUFF
I SAW A VERYYYY LARGE & TALL MAN “security” push a girl backwards with both hands so hard that she was shoved into people, including almost me and my group.
They proceeded to kick her out.

I tried to gently tap a lady with one index finger and that same security guard tried to grab my wrist and yelllllll at me “DONT GRAB HER” like as if he did not see how lightly, calmly, slowly I was trying to approach/tap her…delusional….

No space to really dance…but that’s most “clubs” this place isn’t really like a club

P.S. on the “dance floor” it IS ALWAYS WAY TOO HOT

&& the employees ALL SHOVE and shine lights in your eyes and yell constantly (a lot of employees at clubs do but this place is tiny so every where you go there are employees trying to zip by)

Only 3 woman’s bathrooms….

DO NOT ORDER the cucumber app it’s LEGITIMATELY JUST CUCUMBER SKIN no cucumber 🤣🤣🤣

For my fellow music lovers, the music is not bad but that’s not the point. You can find good music in a lot of places.

I celebrated my birthday at Members Los Angeles and had such a great time! The decor was a total vibe and really set the mood for a fun night out. The dinner menu was pretty limited and the dinner was just okay, but honestly the atmosphere made up for it. They even had a belly dancer who put on an awesome show, and later the place turned into a party with a DJ. If you’re looking for somewhere to celebrate and just have fun, this is the spot!

Diane was fantastic! We had a girlfriend’s 30th bday with 17 people and helped organize all of our food and drink orders seamlessly! Loved the vibe, entertainment, and food at Kashbah. It was surprisingly good, but was pretty pricey. Would def come back for a big celebration.
