Super nice staff, clean place, and nice variety of topping and flavors It's only around a block away from a yogurtland and is way more worth it. It's cheaper, they let you get samples, and you can get your own toppings. They staff are also always working hard and are always super nice to me

This complaint is against Menchies located made back on September 23, Against our better judgement we entered this site with dirty hand marks all over windows, barely visible inside from outside premises. It wasn't till I entered that I realized it was just dirty.Normally every facility I frequent we are greeted, and establishment is sanitary. It wasn't till after I raised my voice did the girls come out. During our time of the one particular clerk who was there disrespected my gf who happens to be principal of local school in highland park.As we were seated to enjoy our partially melted frozen yogurt it wasn't till after I paid did I notice that price of our yogurt included sales tax which is against city and county tax regulations. You are not allowed to tax dairy product!

Long a** lines there was 3 workers but they were super slow and then the female worker on Sunday picked up 2 cups and gave my husband the wrong one so annoying..

I ordered a frozen yogurt cake from this location for my daughter birthday and the cake on the bottom was SUPER STALE, to the point we thought it was made from Oreos or something. It was gross ?We love menchies either way, we just know to NEVER order a cake from them again.

Seems a better value than Yogurtland a few blocks away. Delicious flavors tonight and appreciate you can add your own toppings yourself.

If Menchie's has 100 fans I'm one of them. If Menchie's has 1 fan it's me. If Menchie's has 0 fans, I'm dead.I go here probably 4 times a week, if not more. The yogurt ALWAYS hits and I can never control myself when it comes to the toppings. It's also really affordable which is why I manage to get there so many days a week, especially with the rewards app. They have one of the best rewards app that I've seen from any food place.I always get chocolate frozen yogurt with strawberry slices, strawberry boba, marshmallow sauce, heath bits and honestly, more. Can't believe that the New York locations closed a few years ago. I suppose it's because it gets so cold in the winter, but I was still going in a blizzard. Since moving to LA, I can't get enough of Menchie's again. :)

PSA: They have dole whip. And the dole whip can be blended with a mango sorbet. Good place to grab some froyo. Though ambiance may not be super magical, it was clean elenough for my taste. The person working there was friendly and answered all my questions. Will be returning for more dole whip!
There is no doubt that a nice person can make you have a pleasant time like the young woman who works here, excellent service.

Dirty, half the machines didn’t work, out of some toppings. The flavors we did get didn’t taste very good. Even the sprinkles are subpar. I recommend going to any other frozen yogurt place.

Finally found a local place that carries the Dole Pineapple Soft Serve!!!... the same one they have at Disneyland ?. It was delicious, I'll be back! Cute little location in a strip mall in Eagle Rock. Easy access, big parking lot, fair prices.

Ehhhh the place was okaaay one of their flavors was super gross I think it was the cake ? flavor it tasted like wet dog and their toppings bar was messy made everything look unappealing but their sauces were really good they had a peanut butter flavored sauce that was delishhhhj
