The food is the same as other mendocino farms. However, they've forgotten to include my salad add-ins, e.g, chicken, avocado, multiple times. At first, I didn't mind, but it has happened over 4 times now during the past year.

I went to this Medocino Farms for the first time on a whim because I was too tired to cook or grocery shop and hungry. I studied the menu for a while making sure they had options that met my dietary restrictions. I met Supervisor Dayne at the register and he gave me a 10/10 experience!
I'm severely lactose intolerant and Dayne went above and beyond to open the Ingredient Binder and review the ingredients in each item to confirm that their was no dairy in the food or modify the food to remove it. Dayne was so kind and knowledgeable. I was reluctant to get the apple and walnut salad and not only did he reassure me that it was lactose-free but he gave me the salad on the house. Like Wow! I appreciate blessings in all forms no matter the size. I was with a friend and we got our food to to and it was made just how I like it. What a great experience. I will surely come back and look for Dayne!
And I had to come back to add more to my review. OMG this sandwich was a 10/10. I got the "Not So Chicken" sandwich and we removed the cheese and he put 2 of the sauces on the side. I used one. This sandwich taste like Heaven! Every bite. I also just ate the chocolate chip cookie was was delightful. I has NO IDEA Medocino Farms had food that was this satisfying and I could eat it with the modifications. I'm a fan!

love their salad - caesar salad and beets one is my fav-soup...sandwich,, customer service..everything is perfect.I always ask extra quinoa crunch......it is so good...
The staff were so wonderful. I came in 15 min before closing and even tho they were prepping to close items up, they made my order perfectly. They were friendly and went above and beyond. I wish I had given a better tip!

I have been a Mendo fan for years - back when the Turkey Avo Salsa Verde (my favorite sandwich) used to be called the Sandwich Study of Heat. I’m not being hyperbolic, everything I’ve ever had - from the sandwiches to the sides to the drinks have been excellent. Just as important, the staff is top notch - every time, every location. In particular, the last time I visited, I ended up waiting an unusually long time for my order. The gentleman at the register noticed me standing there for a while and told the manager. The manager went way above and beyond - he apologized, refunded my order, asked me if he could get me anything else, and gave me a voucher for a free sandwich the next time I came in. He even watched my dog while I was waiting for my order to be prepared. In life, issues are bound to happen but they made it right. I have always had great experiences and great food at Mendocino Farms. 100% co-sign.
