Mendocino Farms in Century City never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh, the service is quick, and the flavors are always on point. My favorite is the Chicken Prosciutto sandwich — the balance of savory and slightly sweet is perfect. It’s my go-to lunch spot whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!
Katherine L and the entire staff at the Century City mendo location are amazing! I ordered catering for our lunch meeting today, and they had it ready by 11 am (requested 11:30 am) and they checked back after to make sure all was great!
This is probably one of the Best Food spots in town and I can even say in all of California. Not even that, but one of the employees Cameron at this location made our experience 100 times better. Having a combination of great food and great customer like we had today will make a customer experience like we had never forgettable. Thank you so much CAMERON, you really made our experience here 100x better, I will definitely be back. Roy from Canada
Maday was great
The sandwiches are simply the best, I love going there for my break and enjoy my delicious meal outside in the patio.
Truly a masterclass in delivering top notch customer service. Though it can get busy during lunch hours, the team there truly does their best in getting your food in a timely manner. Sure, the wait can be long but with food so good, it’s definitely worth the wait. That Not So Fried sandwich…*chef’s kiss*! In terms of salad, it used to be the Avocado Quinoa Salad that I liked, but right now, the honor goes to the Baja Green Goddess. The food servers there are dedicated to making each experience as memorable as possible. One such worker I would like to highlight is Brenda. Even though my food was taking long, she assured me that my food would be finished soon and even offered a free meal discount, but I politely refused. Another case of a server being friendly was with Nancy and Bianca. They took mine and my friend’s order when no one was at register. Bianca was very pleasant in helping my friend navigate the menu while Nancy, remembering that I was a frequent customer made me, what they call like “Fan of the Day” or something. She even rung like a cowbell in celebration. Though it was a little embarrassing it was kinda fun and I appreciated Nancy (and Bianca) even more. I came in one night as well, just after work, and I was really having a blast with this other customer, a manager named Cameron, and a very young employee with red hair (Lily, I think that was on her name tag). Anyway, we were laughing and just having a blast as that one customer was cracking jokes with Cameron and Lily. They offered both of us a chocolate chip cookie on the house which was really sweet of them. But perhaps the most memorable one has to be with this other employee. Can’t quite remember her name. However she wore a plaid shirt and a hat (she stood out in terms of dress from the others, so I assumed she was like a manager or someone of importance). Anyways, she was really helpful in making sure my order was being done. I could even overhear her telling the kitchen staff to rush my order. Truly an above and beyond kind of employee. I think her name was Sandra (edit: it definitely was).
All in all, this is by far my favorite Mendocino Farms location. The place is huge, clean, and everyone’s so friendly! They even have a shuffle board. Never have I seen a Mendo location with its own shuffle board! Definitely played a few rounds there while waiting. I will definitely recommend to all my friends to come here.
Grade: A+
Mendocino Farms in Century City has delectable wraps and soups. I enjoy the variety of options they offer. The staff is amazing, very professional and attentive. You will be welcomed by kind people like Megan. The manager, Cameron is a gentleman and very kind to customers, I enjoy my experience each and every time at Mendocino Farms.
It gets super busy during lunch time so prepare to wait in line. I recommend ordering ahead online but for pickup specifically. I've done delivery a couple of times and twice they missed adding sides and chips. The quinoa salad and Peruvian steak sandwich are really good. Fresh ingredients and the crunchy texture of the salad is so satisfying. As long as they get the order right, the food is great.
40 mins wait, stop taking orders if you know you cannot deliver quality service

**Reminder to appreciate food service workers!! This location is in the middle of a corporate courtyard so there is a bit of a lunch rush but the staff were nice and had great attitude while juggling DoorDash orders, phone orders, and delivering and busing orders to tables. The food was fresh and filling! I got the half turkey sandwich and small side and it was perfect. (The side looks a lot smaller than it is bc they stuff the little container full)
Parking is underground or valet so it’s not a quick/cheap stop
Parking: Underground parking mostly for the office workers
