I come here often and have for awhile. The quality has gotten a little worse, especially since they took the Mama Chen's salad off the menu. The replacement took away the carrots which were a nice healthier touch. It feels like they are moving to more industrial type food rather than the farm fresh food that made them my go to lunch spot. I'm hoping they can get back to their old ways.

We shopped around for catering and stopped after we saw mendocino farms options. Taylor at this location helped us seal the deal quickly. Thanks to this staff. Would highly recommend.

Andi Collins, one of the Mendocino Sales Manager reached out to our business and provided us with a great catering service for our lunch. Will def be ordering more catering trays from here again. Everything was presented so beautifully. Food was great. 10/10

Love Mendo!! Big perk is a free parking garage with restaurant validation. Psyched there’s a new location here without having to worry about street parking in an area where it is scarce. Staff is friendly too!

My experience from the moment that I walked in was spectacular. The space was very clean and I was greeted immediately. I knew that I wanted a sandwich, but I wasn't sure which one. The team member took their time to describe some options and helped me pick an amazing option - Chimichurri Steak. I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND SANDWICH. Also, the Lemonade options were amazing. GUAVA LEMONADE ALL DAY! YUMMY ALL AROUND.

The only downside is that the wait can be a bit long. But, that just means a lot of people like it.

Granted, they were shorthanded today and I was comfortable waiting 30 minutes to have my sandwich made, I wasn’t prepared for the rude attitude and manner the way the manager type spoke to me! The female cashier was amazing and super, but this man really needs an attitude adjustment and not talk to customers in a way Where it reflects badly on the business and such a great brand name! Mendocino Farms really needs to invest in retraining this manager type man to be more customer friendly And leave his sassy attitude out the door!

This review is for any celiac or gluten intolerant aware customers. I have an intolerance to wheat and I was happy to hear they use gf bread to substitute. The work is always out on the customer to research everything about a place and although some restaurants provide a chart-it’s still often left a mystery for some items. Ive personally experimented many many times here spending money on these expensive sandwiches however I don’t believe this place has the capacity in their kitchen to make sure they are checking ingredients of any traces of gluten in any sauces or toppings or guac in sandwiches they design. Because there’s more to it than simply switching out bread. Gluten is often a filler ingredient in a lot of toppings or add ons that their menu does not take account for wherever they purchase their supplies. At least on the Postmates app the only gluten thing you can control is the bread but it doesn’t indicate anything else that may contain gluten if you need to add or remove. I’ve tried different combinations and each time has ended up with pain which I prepared for but was saddened because it’s hard enough finding a place truly gluten free when they claim so. I’d love to see this place either reserve real menu items that are truly gf and a dedicated knife and part of the kitchen or just not offer them at all. It’s just dangerous to offer it but not put the work into checking the sandwiches will have toppings that aren’t filled with gluten like bacon or sauces etc. the place is nice otherwise but their gf items are not trustworthy or worth going through the pain finding out you ate gluten.
