1st here, and I'll be back soon. I had the carne desebrada plate, and it was amazing. Met owner Mr Juan & Chef, friendly. Sat at the kitchen counter, it looks like they take pride in crafting each plate. Super delicious meal, top best places to eat in DTLA.

My husband and I stumbled upon this spot while looking for a good meal before heading back home to Vegas and wow, we were blown away. The food and service were both top-notch.

I ordered the sopes, and my husband got the Peruvian ceviche. Every bite was packed with flavor. My husband is a chef and very particular about his food, but even he had zero complaints.

Absolutely loved my experience at Mex Perú Gipsy! I had a chicken dish with rice, mushrooms, and vegetables, and it was incredible—the chicken was perfectly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite felt like comfort food with a gourmet twist. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and attentive from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes—this place is a gem!
