The service was great the owner is really nice and attentive. The food was really delicious i enjoyed evrry single bit of it. The restaurant is located in a corner so street parking is necessary. Overall great food, great owner and will be coming back!

It was my first time visiting, place is really small, really humble and clean. I ordered the chile relleno & omg did not disappoint. El sazón casero de la comida 10/10 I would definitely recommend and our food came out fast and warm.. a little mom & pop joint that wont disappoint you.

My wife and I like to travel to different cites around and outside of L.A. to try out different style of cuisine and feel the flavor and the taste of the enthic cuisine. We headed to Boyle Heights were you can find best Mexican food around and also the history. We decided tryout this restaurant called MI Lindo Guanajuato its on the corner of Indiana and 1st short distance from Gold Metro. This our first time at the restaurant and having breakfast we were greeted by owners of the restaurant they very friendly we got seated anywhere. The restaurant is small but it have five tables but I heard the food is really good. They pass out the menu then we were looking at it to see what to order. My wife decided order pozole because she haven't have pozole for a while. The pozole comes with tostada and ralish, onion and shredded lettuce. I decided to order Menudo it come with onion, lime, cilantro plus it come with hand made fresh flour tortillas Everything is made from scratch daily. They brought the pozole and Menudo. We decided add the fresh condiments that comes with pozole and Menudo. My Menudo was incredible good it have tripe and other meat they use in traditional Menudo. I add lime, onion and cilantro it more flavor in the Menudo and I use the fresh made flour tortillas they were so good.My wife pozole she enjoy very much.

Food was not good, had the chile verde chilaquiles, they were sweet and not savory and undercooked. let's touch on the service, the server was rude and dismissive and never asked if I needed anything until I finally got her attention for the check. They tried to rush me out. To top it all off she overcharged me for the coffee. became defensive when I questioned it. I try to support small businesses in my community but I was made to feel like an outsider

Went here for the first time today. The green chilaquiles were delicious, and they offer homemade tortillas which was a plus, excellent service too! My husband would have liked the chorizo and egg without onions, so will ask for it without next time.

We just recently discover this tiny gem of a restaurant right on the border of Boyle Heights and East LA. I was craving pozole and this place did not disappoint. Genuinely authentic and homemade. Everything we ordered from the freshly squeezed OJ, to my pozole, to my siblings chilaquiles, enchiladas and mulitas, it was all delicious! Good coffee too! With two wonderful ladies back in the kitchen preparing every dish and the most charming and helpful waiter out front, this tiny place (six tables) was a true find! They also offer takeout, weekly breakfast specials (although they are already very reasonably priced with good portions), and free delivery if you're in the neighbourhood! We went in on a Sunday morning and had to wait about 10-15min for a table to open up. Totally worth the wait and certain that it's a perfect spot for a weekday meal as well.
