A shop specializing in baked crepes. Their method is to squeeze the cassava sauce into the rolled crepes, sprinkle sugar on top and use a spray gun to make caramel. You can choose whether to add other ingredients on top, such as ice cream. I think it looks very creative, but when all the ingredients are put together, they don't blend well. It tastes like custard spread on the crust. Personally, I feel that too much salt has been added to the crust, making it taste very salty.

We are from out of town and our in town friends brought us here to eat. While it was good, the service was just okay/subpar. I had gotten an animal crepe for my kids to share and requested it to be nut free (due to one child having allergies). They had said it was already made and were remaking another one (to not deal with liability of the allergy) to my surprise. I checked back a couple times in which they said they were still working on it and the last time I checked on it,...
Tried the apple crumble crepe today and it was great! The crumbly, cinnamon flavored topping was so good I didn’t miss the usual brûlée top. The apple filling tasted just like apple pie, and the custard and crepe wrapped up the whole dessert nicely.

Lines can be long but they move, and once you place your order the food comes quickly. It’s a bit pricey tho at about $10 a person, and parking can be a hassle.
