We waited for 55 minutes before getting service. Then when we did get service, server was extremely rude. I'm sure they were having just a bad day. We usually love this place.

I used to like this place, brings memories, having casual breakfast/brunch with parents pre/post costco shopping in the same area. However, experience today was very different, to start, the server was unfriendly. I got a water (free) and my parents got their coffee. Dad's coffee was OK, mom's coffee was a bit room temperature, my water smelled like their dish soap or clorox/fabuluso, asked them for a fresh coffee and another glass of water, the server said he can't smell anything in the water, and asked me to order another drink which I did. Coffee was reserved. The place wasn't too busy, yet the guy was hard to locate, check was picked up by another manager looking person, which happened to be a lot more professional and friendly. Food was still delicious, but the service, and the spiderweb on the light fixture need to go.

The food was tasty. It was my first time there. I got the onion soup. There was the usual cheese and onions, but there was a large floater in it. I tried to cut it with my spoon with no luck. I then used a fork, no luck. I then spooned it and tried to bite it, almost breaking my teeth.I asked the waiter what it was. He told me it was bread! I told him I almost broke my teeth on it. He said he'd tell the guys in the back ! What does that mean to a customer ?. No apology nor action to me.I asked him twice for water with no ice, and he kept filling it with ice.I'm assuming the waiter called out sick, and he was filling in.

This place is a joke. It used to be ok for brunch for the other meals/menu are on par with fast food - oh, except it will take the kitchen an hour to make your meal. This place needs a drastic overhaul or to shut down.

They had no bartender, after 15 minutes I asked and they said they had no bartender. Finally they got us two beers for two small bottles. It was $14.00 for two twelfth oz beers. And I had reservations for 8 people. That will be the last time I come to Mi Mi’s.Jeb Bohren

Come here because I was waiting for my car to be fixed in the shopping center..One of the cutest hidden gems in Los Feliz. I love that the environment is a cute family friendly atmosphere. My server, Alex was awesome. He was super attentive (without being over baring) and gave wonderful recommendations. I ordered the Santa Fe omelette, which was cooked to perfection. It was a decent serving size as well, enough for me to eat and not be overstuffed yet full. ?I love the fact that there, breakfast, lunch, and dinner has so much variety. And this place has reasonable prices especially for the amount of food you get.I will definitely be back to try more items from the menu, and some of their drinks as well. They also have a really cool seasonal menu for the holidays that I have to check out. ☺️

Live in the area, thought the photos of this place looked great so we decided to try it out! Before eating I did read reviews, a lot of bad ones that I didn’t give much attention too but it did worry me a little. Things like “cafeteria food” “no flavor” “bland”, I still ignored it, how can a restaurant this big in such a good location be bad? Well damn I wish I was right. Service was great, food prices were acceptable for what I thought we were getting, unfortunately it goes downhill. The food was miserable to eat, no flavor, no presentation, raw vegetables in burritos, canned salsa, 0 seasoning, etc. Its sad, it’s like the chef doesn’t give a **** about taste or seasoning. It was one of the weakest meals we have had in a while. Owner if you are reading this, retail the kitchen, the reason why this place is so dead on a Saturday is because the food is really really really bad. If you fail to change this when I come back in 6 months, it shows you have 0 pride in your company and I don’t see Mimi’s being open for much longer. No customer in their right mind with all the better places would choose this establishment. Hope for the better for you guys, please fix this.

On September 21st, around 4pm, I had an unpleasant experience at a restaurant. The waitress arrived one hour late, even though it was not a busy day. I went to the cash register side to talk to her, but another waitress was there who was extremely rude to me. Despite my not trying to go inside, she jumped right in front of me and yelled that I couldn't go inside. Eventually, the other waitress brought the food and served all my friends, but didn't put my food in front of me. The food was placed in the center of the table, and I didn't realize it was mine. After asking where my food was, she pointed out the food in the center of the table. The salad had no dressing, so I couldn't even swallow it. However, she served dressings to the other customers on our table. I have never seen a waitress who doesn't serve the customer and is so vengeful. me and my colleagues who work in that area will never go back.

This was my first time back at Mimi’s in years, and it did not disappoint! Our server was Lulu and she was a superstar who made our whole experience so enjoyable. She offered us great suggestions on food and was extremely attentive and fun. I ordered the seasonal half chicken with mushroom sauce, and the meat was super juicy. And it’s hard to beat the muffins!

Lulu is a wonderful person. Attentive and engaging, she is a great asset for this restaurant. We ordered the Chicken Pot Pie and the Roasted Turkey dinner... the entrees were great. We had a great experience with her and the staff. Please go and stop in. Well worth it.

So myself my daughter and my grandson got there and got seated about 4:40-4:45.Same person who seated us was our server. Didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink until 5:00. (Happy hour is over at 5). Asked if happy hour is still open and he said “We just missed it” , normally I would understand but we were only one of the four different parties seated in the whole place. Whatever, we ordered drinks and that took another 10 minutes, I got mine and my daughter got hers 10 minutes later. We got our food about an hour later…. As I mentioned there was literally four other tables. Food was just okay, and yes I left a decent tip because I know what it is like in this economy. The quality and the service has gone downhill.

Gone down hill. Very sad.The food was sooo bad this time we sent it back and left. Wow..why did the chef grill the steak and sear the skewered shrimp on a flat top? Look at it maaaan. It's truly disgusting and the potatoes where leaking oil..
