This is the West LA outlet of this Australian cafe chain. This location has nice indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to decent coffee, they also serve nice baked goods, quiche and sandwiches. Main issue with this location is parking since using the parking garage will cost a lot and since this is near by UCLA street parking will be difficult.
Coffee and pastries were good, but I was sold two bags of beans ($30 total) that were expired or expiring in a week. When I pointed it out twice, staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help. Disappointing experience. CHECK BEAN FRESHNESS!
This is a fruit juice specialty shop located in the same building as the Trader Joe’s near UCLA. The espresso and cappuccino are great, and they also offer a nice variety of fruit juices made with banana, acai berry, mango, and more. There are open street-side seats, making it a perfect place to relax with friends or spend some quiet time reading a book. If you need parking, there’s a convenient garage in the building.
