Garlic bossam is soft and has a taste that always comes to mind.
But it’s true that you feel it when you eat it.
And I don't like the black plastic-like paper that goes in the middle of the grill(?) where the back ribs come out. I think microplastics will come up when I heat it, so I don't eat it.
I think they use that because it is difficult to clean the grill.

The bossam itself was juicy, melts in the mouth, and not fatty at all. The food here are comforting and gives you a little hug! The kimchi noodle soup was also unexpctedly amazing, it has the perfect balance of sourness, sweet and umami amd generous in seafood. A 9/10
You~~~~ I enjoyed eating the radish. It was so delicious because I wrapped it with the ssam (ssam) you gave me and the perilla leaves and jalapenos I had at home.^^
It was the happiest lunch I've had in a long time. I was impressed haha. Isn't garlic bossam the only flavor you get at Mr. Bossam? I haven't seen it anywhere else yet. I recommend...
