Food is ok. Service is horrible. All the employees look so unhappy, especially the cashier Named Melina. Super rude and unpleasant. First time here and will be last sadly.

Disappointing experience with the mochinut – the worst I've ever had. Too oily, and I could feel the oil dripping on my teeth. Would not recommend trying them.

Didn't care for it. Flavors aren't there. Wouldn't buy again. The longer they sit, the less pleasant they become.

Mochinut is a popular dessert spot that specializes in mochi donuts. The store is located in the food court of Westfield Century City and is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The mochi donuts are soft, chewy, and come in a variety of flavors. They are also reasonably priced, with most items costing around $3.50.Westfield Century City is a beautiful outdoor mall with a striking design and a great collection of shops and restaurants. The mall is generally not crowded, and social distancing guidelines are enforced by patrons. The parking situation is easy, and there are several parking options available, including valet parking, garage parking, street parking, private lot parking, and validated parking.Overall, if you're in the mood for some delicious mochi donuts, Mochinut is definitely worth a visit. The store is located in a beautiful outdoor mall with plenty of parking options, and the mochi donuts are both delicious and affordable.

This is the worst donut ever. They recycle the donuts from the day before.
Food is good, but sells a minimum of 3
Looks good but actually taste terrible. Taste like oil every bite.
The donut tastes pretty good, chewy and fresh and flavors like the churro I enjoyed. The classic one was eh i cant even tell you what the flavor was supposed to be. Also it sucks that you cant buy a single donut, so the minimum you would need to buy is 3 which costs about $10 after tax I believe.
It just opened at eleven o'clock in the morning, and what you bought turned out to be cold donuts, greasy, feeling like they were made last night, and an order requires you to buy at least three, can I just eat one?
I’m a big fan of the mochi donut it had a very nice texture, the icing is a little too sweet for my taste. I would also love if the flavors were stronger, it’s very subtle which makes it hard to tell differentiate the flavors. The boba is way too sweet, tastes syrupy.

Waited in line just to be told there is a minimum of 3.What one person needs 3 donuts? Why have a policy at a mall location that would reduce impulse purchases? The sales girl tried to make fun of me for only wanting 1.This place is trying to single-handedly help the obesity epidemic win.
Delightfully fresh and chewy mochi donuts. The variety at the Century City Westfield is good and the service is fairly quick. It's conveniently located in the food court and is a good place to get a sweet and chewy dessert.
The churro one is fine, everything else is way too sweet and pretty much had the same taste with a really slight difference in the flavors. It’s annoying that you can only buy 3 at a time when one is already big.
Mochinut is one of my favorite places to get mochi donuts! And if you don’t know what a mochi donut is? It’s not too late to try!Compared to regular donuts mochi donutsOriginated form Hawaii which is a combination of an American doughnut and Japanese mochi. It’s light crispy coating with a soft chewy inside!Sometimes I only come and crave for one but the staff of friendly and always reminds me that if you get 3 it’s worth your buck! So you know what I do? I get 3 cause why not and they come packaged in a cute box to go!My go to flavors are going to be UBE/TAROMILK PEBBLE & ORIGINAL!Definitely always try their seasonal flavors too cause they don’t disappoint!
TL:DR The force you to buy at least 3 donuts. My girlfriend and myself went to buy a couple of mochinuts and a drink to end the day. This Mochinut is in a food court so I was very surprised to hear that we needed to buy 3 they wouldn't sell us 2 donuts. After having to awkwardly say we'd just like a drink the cashier told us they were out of the boba so we left. I feel bad for the staff there having to enforce such money grubbing policies and I will not be going to one in the future.
