I came all the way for nothing
Pretty meh overall. The veg ramen had almost no flavor and the ingredients didn’t seem terribly fresh or well-prepared. The service was great, I’ll give them that, but the flavors are a bit of a miss for me.

I like everything I order here, including ramen, gyoza, crispy rice, teriyaki bowls, and curry bowls. Service is great. Food is great. I typically do take-out as I live in the neighborhood.
Superb taste highly recommend the spicy chicken with zucchini noodles paring is tough on busy days.

We visited Modan Eagle Rock Ramen, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed of a 20-minute wait for seating. Once seated, we placed our order, only to wait another 40 minutes. When we inquired about the status of our order, the waitress told us it would take at least another 20 minutes. This resulted in a total wait time of over an hour, prompting us to leave. While we understand they were short-staffed, it would have been helpful if they had clearly communicated the expected wait time—between 40 to 60 minutes—so customers could plan accordingly.

3/10 ramen, the curry bowl was well below average. No sauces / toppings on the table. Although the wait staff was wonderful the food wasn’t.

It’s not the nicest spot, but the ramen is KILLER. I love the ramen here. I’ve been here once during Covid and remembered really liking it and it didn’t disappoint this time around either.

Solid place for a good bowl of ramen. Their original ramen was very tasty. You get big portions too. Seating is casual but comfortable and family friendly. However, I had to subtract a star for the veggie tempura which was virtually inedible. It's one thing not to have excellent tempura (a light flaky crispy coating is hard to execute)! But this tempura was so bad. The dough was thick and the veggies such as pumpkin inside were raw. I tried to eat it as I hate wasting food but we simply couldn't eat it. Do not order it! We tried the crispy tuna rice appetizer and the wings and those were fine.

Food was delicious and great portion sizes! Also for no reason they have the best playlist in here! Bangers only. Try the octopus appetizer :)

Some of the best Ramen I've ever had. Small place big flavor. The spicy tonkotsu ramen had a good amount of food in it as well.
