$10 for an iced vanilla latte with an add shot š¦ Aside from the pricy tag, this latte was realllyyy yummy! This place is indeed a nice treat, chill baristas too.

A cozy cafƩ with a Korean vibe. I had been following posts about its opening on a thread, so I felt a sense of familiarity with it. The dessert and drink menu were simple and not over-the-top, which I really liked. I was surprised to see more foreigners than Koreans, even though cafƩs like this usually attract a lot of Koreans. The atmosphere was lovely as well.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty crowded. Got the espresso cloud, which was decent, and the mochi hojicha muffin, which I didnāt really like because the hojicha flavor wasnāt very prominent and the texture was off (I normally love mochi pastries). However thereās lots of seating (but no outlets).

Modu is such a beautiful calming environment with delicious pastries. I love the inventive drinks although some are a bit too sweet for me. Iāve been several times and Iām never disappointed with each new thing I try. I highly recommend it.

Delicious drinks, bright & airy space, super friendly staff, this place hits all the right points. Youāll find all the cool kids hanging out here on the weekends. The atmosphere is crisp yet laid back, and the baristas are always in such an infectiously good mood (as someone whoās been a barista, thatās a really good sign). They have some cool specialty drinks too. I recently tried the Modu latte, which was the perfect balance of sweet & savory, without masking the coffee flavours. Iāll definitely be coming back for more!
Stopped to try the matcha & a few pastries, my favorite was the dark chocolate black sesame cookie! I also liked the kotji milk, and the foam added to the top of the drink! The only downside is the wait times.

*this is a dog friendly cafe
This place is overrated. it's all about the aesthetics, which is fine if you're going there to see or be seen. Because it is a bit of a scene but sadly I find the service slow and the drinks to be merely fine. Most regrettable tho are the pastries. They are undeniably beautiful but for the price and the flavor, I'll go elsewhere.
Modern, clean cafe with yummy Asian inspired treats. We got their chocolate mochi brownie, miso cinnamon roll, and cream bun.
All were delicious, but the mochi brownie was our favorite. The miso perfectly complements the cinnamon roll and the roll still tastes sweet. The cream bun was so soft and not too sweet.
Street parking available nearby. Cafe has good seating, high ceilings, and modern decor.

Transformative coffee experience. The drinks and pastries are not only showy but taste amazing. An Asian minimalist vibe pairs well with the food and drink, allowing them to be the focus and truly standout.
Beautiful space. Amazing pastries. Great drinks. I love how the pastries are the perfect Asian ānot too sweet.ā Everything was created with vision and care. I also love when itās really busy and thereās just so much humming energy and you end up sitting next to people you donāt know. Kind of like a bar and there are 3 different table seating options that give you different levels of personal space. Only thing is sometimes it might take a while to get your drink but itās worth the wait!!
Love this place! A hidden gem. Great community vibe, tons of seating, friendly staff, delicious and unique drinks, good pastries. A win win win.
Always really good pastries and lattes ā¤ļø
