Small intimate place, great food. Ideal for a date night, or small group of friends. Finding parking may be a challenge, but didn't let that get in the way of the experience!

I absolutely adore their mazemen and usually get the Tokyo option. I don’t even mind the wait if I happen to come at a busy time. The food is well worth it! The servers are so nice and it’s a chill place to sit and eat. Easy parking on Olympic.

Quaint ramen place, but service was quick so you can eat and go. The ramen was flavorful, tasty and just hits the spot! They'll do substitution of protein if you ask. Would drive to this place from valley again!Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options.Parking: Have to find street parking. Parking is metered so you have to pay.

This was my first experience with mazemen and it did not disappoint. It was a recommendation from my buddy who lives locally and I will absolutely return. The vinegar adds a delicious change in flavor profile and compliments the egg yolk and the fatty flavor and umami taste and mouth feel. This was one of my favorite things I’ve eaten in the last year to be honest. Fantastic food. Great little atmosphere and great service. Totally decent pricing too.

Best meal I’ve had in this LA trip. Was really eager to try no soup ramen. Was surprised to find one of the best dishes I’ve ever tried. The deluxe Mazemen was out of this world, although slightly spicy if you don’t like that (I love spicy food). The Tonkotsu is a much better than average Tonkotsu, the chase was to die for.Highly recommended place.

very, very cool staff and music. the vibe is chill and casual. the food is so yummy. it's cozy on a rainy day and comforting with hot noodle options. my Italian friend LOVES their chicken. she went back for them again and again. I love getting their dryer noodle dishes because I can take it home without it getting soggy.

This is by far my favorite place for Mazemen(Japanese brothless mixed noodles)Food: I ordered Deluxe Mazemen. You MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS/STEPS to unlock it's full potential!1) Crack the poached egg and mix all the ingredients together. Eat half the portion2) Halfway through -> add vinegar. Enjoy a whole new flavor and finish up the noodles.3) You're not done - add rice to your left over sauce and have your mind blown. Now you're done.It was so much fun for me as it seemed like I was having 3 different meals in 1.Service : Good. This place is popular, so do expect to wait a bit.Ambiance : Casual, not a large seating capacity restaurant. To go is always an option!

I went in with all the hype but came out a little disappointed. Their deluxe mazemen was good but nothing mind blowing. To breakdown the flavor, it was almost like asian garlic noodle with creamy texture from the egg with thick noodles. Chicken kaarage was alright too.Parking was limited here. You would need to find street parking. Restaurant is also small, so expect a wait.

it's very delicious! This is a Japanese style restaurant focusing on MAZESOBA, kind of a noodle dish. You can imagine like Ramen without soup, but much more fun. I recommend Tokyo style MAZESOBA if you are a beginner of this type of restaurant.

Great authentic Mazesoba! This is pure comfort food for me as a Japanese guy. The taste is on point, the noodles are on point, and they give you a little thing of rice at the end which again is traditionally how it's served in Japan that is called “Oi meshi”, to mix in with the thick soup base that's left at the end just in case you've hadn't had enough carbs lolThe price isn't quite cheap, but moderate. I always get the “Oo-mori”, aka extra noodles.
