Food was great. Service not so much. We were in a rush to make a theater performance and told the server, asking if we could realistically get served and out within 30 min. She said yes. Unfortunately she didn't take our order right away and the food was delayed. We had 5 min to eat. She was not kind about it. Will go back when we have more time, since the food was good. The place is a bit loud.
So DELICIOUS ! Meatballs were amazing. Pasta was perfect. Cooked to perfection and so tasty. This charming little venue made me feel like I was back in New York at one of the finest dining spots in the world. BRAVO
This is one of my favorite places. Great service, great food, great location, great ambiance.
Bolognese 😘 is amazing! Can’t wait to return!

The food is excellent! The Cacio e Pepe is my favorite and the bread is also delicious. The Olive Oil Cake dessert was amazing. The service was outstanding. Definitely recommend!
Overall a positive dining experience – food and service were good. However, the atmosphere felt rather cold and impersonal. The place has the potential to be cozy and welcoming, but at the moment it comes across as quite plain and forgettable.
Stopped in for an early dinner before a concert at LA Live. We ordered three items. The fried calamari came in extremely tiny bite-sized pieces, and the clam vongole was unfortunately not good. Very disappointing. The meatballs, however, were delicious! Loved the chic interior though. Parking was tough just like the rest of DTLA.

Food was delicious and serving staff was friendly and fun. The only thing we didn't like were the stools that some of us had to sit on. Seats with backs would have been much better. We saw people change tables because of this also. We would definitely return though - this wasn't a big enough issue to keep us from coming back.

Had artichoke as a starter and filet mignon as a main course. The food was really delicious, and the service was excellent - but the seating was rough on the bum. Also the music was kind of loud, so it was hard to hear my friends at the table.
Revisited this week. (Brought my own seat cushion-made it a lot more enjoyable.) Still was loud, but the food was worth it! Had a great server and an enjoyable evening. Started with delicious brussel sprouts and cheese board - once again had filet mignon which was medium rare and perfection!

A hidden gem in downtown LA! The space feels more like your grandma’s cozy kitchen than a traditional restaurant, but that’s part of its charm. The food is outstanding—comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.
The last picture is an empty plate of fried calamari. It was just too good.
