I dunno what they put in the smashed potatoes but whatever it is it's good as heck. The bulgogi and short rib were pretty good too. Unfortunately, absolutely need to dock 2 stars for 18% gratuity on party's of 4. 4?? 4?!?? I thought the standard was 6 or more for included gratuity, they didn't even tell us prior. We should've gotten the more expensive option had we known, literally spent $50/p for the normal options, a soju and a Sapporo.
Verdict: There are better options for $50.

Loved it here! I was super happy they have fish cake because not all places have it. Great price and the meats are fresh and yummy. Great vibe in here and the staff is so friendly. Fast and easy service. They have a parking lot! No need to look for parking thank goodness

Cool experience as you order what & how to make the meat for 2-hr limit and can watch the Dodgers. 1st time & there will be a next time.

Very disappointing experience.
The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. When I asked an employee for directions to the bathroom, he rudely said, “Can’t you read? It’s right above you.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable.
If you're a group of four, be warned: they only provide one barbecue for the entire group. There’s a strict protocol that makes it difficult to actually enjoy the meal. I’m 100% sure most people will leave still hungry and frustrated.
I give the taste 2 stars it’s just okay (since I'm paying 60$ for premium package). The food looks good for photos only, but the overall experience is not worth it.

Terrible service. You go in and they treat like you’re not even there and annoyed when you ask something. Rude staff members too. They throw the food at your table like you are a dog and non exsistent. Music is too loud like you are in a night/stripclub. I kept thinking that a dancer was going to come to my table for a lap dance. The 7 min rule with 6 plates max at a time for 2 hours is ridiculous. This is a kbbq, so meat takes time to cook. They should extend it at least 3 hours and more for 4+ people.

Disappointment, I expected this place to be good, but it was all hype. The taste is bland. There are better Korean BBQ locations. The service is not it.Waiters do not help much, you will be ignored here. This one is a hard pass.

My favorite AYCE Korean bbq in LA, always a vibe, service superb especially if you have Will as your server, that dude is a G! He always takes care of my son who only eats the chapchae. Since he’s paying the full child rate, he brings out a big bowl for him! We been going there before I had my son, so since my was 3 weeks old and my wife was craving Korean bbq and now my son is turning 8! Damn so it must be over a decade! Simply the best!

Service here wasn’t good. If you are black DO NOY EAT HERE…The food was okay but overall I will not be back. We inquired about a services fee that was included after our card was ran. They shared that sometimes there is a service and sometimes there is not. My main question is how is this determined? What group of people get a service fee vs groups that don’t? Typically when there is a service fee it is automatic not “sometimes” like the staff stated.

Staff is so rude. A server dropped some dipping sauce all over my friends phone. Tried getting his attention for napkins, I damn near almost grabbed him and he completely ignored me. Then they didn't give us any warning and cut us off from ordering. All that to be charged close to $250+. Only one korean guy was super nice brought out tortillas, man's was the only highlight of the restaurant.
