Moon House Reviews
This was the worst restaurant I ever ate in. The worst food. It was poorly cooked with little to no flavor! Shocking. All the food arrived lukewarm and the third diner waited for his order beyond reasonable time. Had we waited to eat until his food arrived our food would have been cold! The tea was served cold. The dining room has zero atmosphere. The waiter did not care about us. The spicy food was not spicy.
The experience felt like a big waste of money. Better off being...read full review
Work on your customer service! I just witnessed your waiter being rude to a well known AFRICAN woman who was excited to dine at your restaurant, only to be treated rudely! Thousands are witnessing this on her live. Sucks to be you right now! But even though you treated her poorly, she still enjoyed your food. Get it together!

Moon House is a Chinese restaurant that offers delicious and authentic meals. The menu features dishes like Zi Ran Lamb, baby bok choy with mushrooms, Paradise desire, salt n pepper fish, and must-try items like Peking duck, rice soup, and walnut shrimp. The lunch specials come in generous portions, making them perfect for sharing. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with 8-10 tables, and while the restrooms are clean and well-stocked, some reviews noted that they could be improved. The service is excellent, with efficient staff who have years of experience. Customers appreciate the fast food service and the complimentary tea provided with meals.
Moon House is great for groups, allowing diners to taste a variety of dishes. Some highlight the Mongolian beef as delicious and tender. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, with free but one-way parking available. Though it may not be fancy, the food and portion sizes are generous and satisfying. The restaurant's half Peking duck is particularly praised, with the skin crisp and the meat tender and flavorful. Overall, Moon House is considered one of the best Chinese restaurants in LA and is worth visiting for a fantastic dining experience.
