The food was so delicious that it makes up for the rude employees. Decided to come here based on reviews while visiting LA and the meats were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Ordered the burger, the chili, ribs, and macaroni. All were perfect. The food here is as fantastic as the service team's personality is abysmal. Order to-go.

The beef brisket and pork ribs are the best in LA, but still far behind Texas BBQ. The brisket was not as juicy as Terry Blacks. The ribs were not glazed with honey as tasty as Pecan Lodge.

The red potato salad and Kim Chee fried rice were good too.

I will definitely be back for more soon.

Thank you for giving LA a good bbq experience.

Best BBQ we've had in LA. Brisket, pork ribs are phenomenal. Mac + Cheese + Beans so flavorful. Burger was smoky and excellent. Even the Key Lime Pie is on point. If you are craving BBQ this is the spot.

Arrived here around 330pm, this is 3 hours and 30 minutes after opening and 3 hours and 30 minutes before closing. Yet almost everything is sold out? You just opened! As others have mentioned this is their lame attempt to make you believe they’re selling out because it’s just that good. This is evident as they put a timestamp next to the items when it “sells out.” Sold out of burgers, beans, rice, turkey and our items within 2 hours of opening. Give me a break you’re making minimal amounts of food to generate demand. Get a life

Damn, the pork belly, dude… it was insanely good. Honestly, the whole menu was delicious. And as a Mexican, I gotta say — their micheladas are legit! Definitely coming back next time I’m in LA.

Moo’s Craft BBQ has been on my radar for a minute, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.

Located in Lincoln Heights (not far from Dodger Stadium), it’s a bit of a trek with that LA traffic — but 100% worth it. Pro tip: get there early, the line builds fast.

The brisket? Fall-apart tender, perfectly balanced by their house BBQ sauces. The pulled pork sandwich was massive and seriously delicious. And the mac & cheese? Honestly, one of the best I’ve had — creamy, cheesy perfection.

Not everything was a home run though — the Texas chili was good but not a standout, and the burnt pork belly ends were a little bland and lukewarm. They also forgot our drinks and dessert, but the quality of the main event more than made up for it.

Overall: definitely one of the top BBQ spots in LA. Personally, I’d still give a slight edge to Adam Perry Lang, but Moo’s is a must-visit if you’re chasing great barbecue in the city.

The brisket and mac and cheese were both really good, can't fault the quality of the food.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I think it appeared understaffed, and the excessive queue was unnecessary - as there were lots of free tables inside and outside and food was ready in only a few minutes. Not sure what the reason was for such a large queue other than that there was only one guy on the counter and he seemed to be doing everything by himself, from taking orders to serving desserts.

Queued for approx an hour on a Thursday afternoon (30 mins outside in full sun) only for it to say inside on a small board that quite a few items were sold out. I imagine I would have been quite upset if I had queued outside for 30 mins only to see inside that what I came for is sold out.

Definitely worth a trip, but arrive early to avoid queueing and to ensure that what you want has not sold out!

Was really flavorful and good, they just run out of stuff really early. We wanted sausage and they sold out at 2:20 … they open at 12 on Sundays… As a guest this adds stress to the experience, I get it things are limited and go quick but like a 2 hour window to get an important menu item is something that only pastry restaurants and barbecue joints seem to get away with and it’s frustrating as a customer who is excited and expectant. Got brisket(standard), mac and cheese (wow), pork belly burnt ends(!), pulled pork (perfect), slaw (bland and mediocre, skip), and fries (not hot… so that’s a skip for me next time) The pork belly burnt ends were the sleeper hit. Amazing flavor. We got in line at 2 and got our food at 3:45, on a Sunday. Really wanted to try one of the burgers and desserts but they had also sold out by 3pm. They had chocolate chip cookies left but that’s no keylime pie or tres leches babe.

The line is worth the wait!! Probably one of the best brisket sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. If you’re a mac & cheese lover like I am, you have to try their mac & cheese 10/10 recommend. they have indoor and outdoor seating and they are dog friendly.
