I used to go to this place all the time, but stopped because they always are out of what I want. I relented today and called to order a sandwich on a baguette only to be told they didn't have baguettes today. Really, you're a sandwich shop and you don't have baguettes?!? My co-worker called for pizza the other day and when he got there was told that they didn't have the pizza dough. It's a shame, the people seem nice, but they are completely clueless as to running their business. Don't go here, you'll get hooked and they'll let you down.

We ordered this for an entire office 5+ people, everyone was dissatisfied. I'm not really sure what they use for their chicken, but it was rubbery and really strange.

They make a fine panini, just ask them to leave it on the grill an extra minute and it's perfect! The Cubano is tasty, and they have a whole-wheat option! I pick up lunch from here and bring it back to my desk at the office about once a week. Close, quick, friendly, and good.

Portabella wrap - delicious.

I really like this place. The food is fresh and the staff is very friendly. It's a little pricey but that's West LA for you. I eat their regularly. In fact, I'm going there for lunch today.

With so many good reviews, and the only place willing to deliver breakfast, we gave this place a shot. Big mistake! It arrived an hour after we ordered, and all the food was cold and extremely disappointing. We ordered 3 panini sandwiches supposedly their specialty. As mentioned they arrived cold. But more offensive was the stale bread, complete lack of meat and filling, and for a grilled sandwich these things were only slightly toasted. It's almost impossible to screw up a breakfast sandwich, but this place did. Again, there was hardly any meat and egg to the thing, couldn't taste or see the cheese and the bread was dry, dry, dry- cold and STALE! The Cubano was much the same. We grossly overpaid for the lack of filling in these sandwiches. Finally, the restaurant misrepresented the cost of their coffee, so we ended up paying twice the amount posted for luke warm swill. Do not order from here!

They pretty much just take anything on the menu here and turn it into a panini, wrap or sandwich. It is too pricy for what it is for sure. For the most part I have had good food here, but there have been some major blunders as well. Overall I'd say it's worth a shot. Try the Giampi wrap. That's usually pretty good stuff. Although the last time I ordered it they forgot the chipotle mayo which is also the key to all the taste.

The wraps are usually pretty good here. They look like huge burritos, not a little wrap that most people think of.

Wasn't pleased with the Venezia panini. Really really dry and the bread was a bit stale.

Decided to order something here because I was next door at Pinkberry and figured I should grab some lunch. I ordered the Mediterranean Twist Panini, which consisted of lemon chicken, avocado, tomatoes, feta cheese, spinach, and vinaigrette. It came out to be about $9, but it wasn't bad because they individually wrap the two halves of the panini so I was able to eat the second half as next day's lunch. Aside from that, the panini was very average--nothing mind-blowing. There were a few times where I'd bite into a clump of feta cheese, which was kinda gross. And I didn't really taste the lemon flavor in the chicken. Oh, and the panini comes with a side of seashell pasta in basil dressing. Anyway, this isn't anything I'd crave for.

The family that runs this place is really nice. Their sandwiches are really good and they use Boars head products which make a big difference. I personally like the wraps and paninis the best but I have tried the salads and crepes and enjoyed those as well. You never have to wait very long to get your food and you are ALWAYS full after wards. They always include a great little pasta salad with the sandwich too.

Delicious! This is my new favorite lunch spot! I had the grilled chichen panini and the tuna salad. The decor is excellent and you appreciate the care they took. I did spend more than the normal for lunch, but it was worth it and the portions are large as well.

Good Food. Delivery Sucks! Took TWO HOURS to get our food delivered. We will not order from there any more.

This place is simple yet amazing. I like to try their new specials. I'm still salivating over the Cajun Turkey/pineapple/cilantro and Feta Panini. Five bright red stars for this family run business.
