Parking is nightmarish and their hours are a bit odd. They sell out of everything fast, and after they got all that Instagram hype it quickly became impossible to get what you want unless you were showing up early. Not in a very convenient part of town either, I wouldn't go out of my way to make it out here.

This place is a Wonderland if all my favorite Filipino desserts growing up. I love that they have their own spin on classic desserts. It reminds me of mom's beloved recipes as a kid!! The owner is also so very nice and sweet. She let us try all of her desserts that day. Also shared he interesting she named her restaurant after her and her friend's dog. Love it!! I'm so happy that Filipino food is becoming as popular in mainstream America. It was always great food and now I'm happy that many non-Filipinos are starting to like it!!! Go and try it! You will not be disappointed!!

Friendly service. Small cafe/bake shop. They have lots of desserts, such as flan, upside down pie, brownie and cake. Loved the ube upside down pie with sweet ube custard and crumbled pie crust. They have really good coffee too. I enjoyed the bourbon latte.

My friends were in town, and one of us is a HUGE ube fan. So when I did my research of places to try to satisfy her craving, this was at the top of my list.

This place is never open, never picks up their phone, no respond on email. Are you joking? The last time I tried was a month ago. I called 10am cause that was the time they were supposed to be open. No answer. I stopped by there cause I had some errands to run: closed. I'm done trying. Its not worthy it.

This is one of my favorite spots when it comes to dessert.Their banana pudding is something you have to try at least once. Even though we all know it's quite impossible. I honestly haven't tried other sweets only because every time I tell myself I'll try something else, this pudding just calls out to me. They now offer it with chocolate, which is also delicious. They have them in small, medium, and large. Do yourself a favor and order the large. You'll regret it later! Trust me.

I've been to this location few times that the bakery is popular from San Francisco. They even have Thai Tea donuts, Pandan dounts, Mexican Chocolate donuts, and rotating flavors every week. It's better to give them a call since they spontaneously have diffrent varieties to offer. Parking is so complicated that you are alloted for an hour or two and the designated parking spot. The donuts are reasonably priced and I remember I go here before I have class to get my favorite professor a piece of vegan strawberry chocolate donut rather than the typical apple. Service was OK. If you need a quick, hipster, fancy schmancy donut or their cronuts, this is the exact place. Go early in the mornings since their donuts are fresh. This is my experience prior to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown.

Worth the hype! Finally had their famous cruffin (croissant-muffin), which was crisp and flaky on the outside and filled with passionfruit custard on the inside. Also had a chocolate croissant and chocolate chip cookies, which were also delicious. Look forward to returning to try more things!

Some of the best pastries in LA. Def great for all family catering events with ordering in advance of course.

Dope Pastry options, cool atmosphere, never disappoints. Also, best chocolate chip and corn flakes cookies, ever!

I've lived in the area for a couple of years, and also worked off of York from 16'-18' and there was always a 70% chance the establishment was closed. Every 3 months I'll have a craving for their baked good, and they are usually closed. Even on days they are posted to be open, either on their website or on their door. It's a joke amongst my friends to pass by on days during the week and see if they are actually open. Edit: wow, I never thought to think of possible sold out days lol. I feel so silly! Definitely could use a sign for the sillier people that may not be able to connect the dots

Super cute and chic bakery tucked in Highland Park. You MUST try their cruffins! So good! As a matter of fact, all of their baked goods are heavenly. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny. Make sure to go early, because they sell out fast.

I stopped by here as a post-run reward many weeks ago before the pandemic. I've been to Mr Holmes Bakehouse in San Francisco (also as a post-run reward. Maybe there is a trend here) but the one in SF is always packed with a very, very long line, and we had to get to the SF bakery before it even opened. I think people in SF/LA have different preferences for pastries, because there was a short line here in LA (like 2 people) and they still had cruffins even though I got there mid-morning after it had opened. I got the matcha croissant, the cruffin of the day (of course), and a coffee. If you like really flaky croissants, this is the place to go!
