I have been enjoying Bengali (Bangladesh-style) Indian food for more than 20 years, and this has become a very regular spot for me. It's close to Crypto Arena and also Gold's Gym DTLA at Fig@7th, where I work out frequently. I've tried many items from the menu, both vegetarian and chicken. They include biryanis, Chicken tikka, chicken vindaloo, dal tarka, saag, and bengan bharta. They're all well-prepared and delicious. And these days, with restaurant prices...
The ambience of the restaurant and the food were really good. We tried Lamb shak and daal with rice and those tasted delicious. The owner and the staff were very cordial and that made the experience even better. I wish to visit the restaurant again to try some different items. I wish them all the very best :)
( take out ) I pretty much order the same thing and it's been consistently delicious. I switched up once and got my Tikka Masala and Chicken Biriyani rics spicy as supposed to mild and I almost died lol . My tolerance isn't that high but if you like spice, go for it. It was still flavorful. They provide large portions and I feel the prices are fair. They tend to offer discounts often when you purchase online.
