I always get the Market Chicken sandwitch and for $10 you really cannot beat it; the bacon is so flavorful and the chicken is well seasoned, the arugula and sauce add the perfect amount of freshness. The line can get crazy at lunchtime but they are pretty quick with orders and stuff.

December 11, 2025: The lady who takes the food orders was very rude to me and embarrassed me. I grabbed extra napkins and she loudly called me DIRTY and that I couldn’t touch the napkins that are clearly right there in the photo for customers to take. In case the napkins aren’t supposed to be touched by customers, there are many polite ways to communicate that to me. It was a long line and people around and everyone heard me being called DIRTY and I work nearby and I’m dressed in my professional attire as well? Regardless though of how I look no one should ever be disrespectful to say that to anyone. This is not okay at all in anyway and I highly demand a response regarding this situation that occurred today.

So there is one located inside 444 South Flower Street. Open from 11am - 2:00pm. The chicken sandwich is delicious. Not bad for $9 bucks. Its all bread but its sourdough & delicious. The manager is kind of rude. Its really basic. Its takeout only. You can't sit & enjoy. Which is fine. Overall the soups are good. Like the clam chowder isn't too bad. Definitely the cheapest yet highest quality lunch you will find in DTLA.

We arrived right at the lunch hour on a Thursday. There was a long line, but it went very fast. Ordered Herb Chicken sammy and tomato bisque, which was enough for two to share (we always share). Both were phenomenal, especially for the very reasonable price. This reminded me of what you get in Europe. The bread was so fresh and absolutely outstanding. We pay twice these prices for not as good food in San Diego. Very impressed!

One of only two tuna sandwiches in LA that I would die on a hill for. But every sandwich is so perfect, and I feel so good after eating one in the middle of a work day. I very much appreciate the attention to high quality ingredients too! The line moves fast!! (Open a weekend location!)
Delicious and worth the lunch hour line.

Tried Mr. Mustache and asked politely for a modification due to a food allergy—nothing unreasonable. The male manager was shockingly rude and dismissive. Totally uncalled for. Won’t be returning.

The line was 20 people long during lunchtime and in 13 minutes I had my food. I wish there were more chip/drink options.
